I have been a customer of WPFixit for…

I have been a customer of WPFixit for several years and have always found their service to be excellent. I had no complaints whatsoever and would previously have given them five stars without hesitation. Unfortunately my most recent experience has left me very disappointed and I feel I have no option but to share it here. I used their AI chat agent to ask whether my existing service credit could be applied to a set of security fixes flagged by their own WordPress inspector tool. The agent clearly and unambiguously confirmed that it could. When I attempted to book the service, the website redirected me to a payment page at every attempt, making it impossible to use my credit as the agent had confirmed. When I contacted support for help, I was told the credit did not in fact apply to those services — directly contradicting what the chatbot had told me. I was then accused of communicating in an aggressive and argumentative manner. I strongly dispute this. I have the full email chain and anyone reading it would see that at all times I was polite and patient — simply frustrated by a situation caused by incorrect information from their own system. My request for a refund of the unused credit was refused, and my account has since been closed with the credit forfeited. It is a real shame as I had been a loyal customer for years with no issues. I would suggest others clarify exactly what their credit can be used for — in writing, with a human — before purchasing. I do not believe that I was aggressive or argumentative at all. I merely asked a question and complained that your chatbot was sending me around in never-ending circles. I have the full conversation here that I am happy to share with anyone in management other than the person that I was messaging. who is the one with the problem. Please let me know how I can share this.

While we understand there may have been confusion from an automated chat interaction, our support team reviewed the request and provided clarification based on the actual credit terms. Regarding the communication that followed, we take customer concerns seriously and always aim to resolve matters respectfully and professionally. However, we also maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, hostile, or argumentative communication toward our team. After multiple warnings were provided and the communication continued in the same manner, we made the difficult decision to end the working relationship. We understand this was disappointing, especially after several years as a customer, but we must ensure a respectful environment for both our customers and our staff. I'm extremely impressed and SO thankful! Gus did an AMAZING job restoring my website from a really bad malware hack. Identified all outdated issues and made the proper recommendations to make sure moving forward I have the most security I can have and can avoid being hacked again! It was such a smooth and thorough process. Would HIGHLY recommend wpfixit.com but especially Gus!!! Thank you thank you thank you!

Sticky problem solved quickly. Landen was very helpful, patient, and thorough, and he was gracious throughout the process. I will recommend your services highly should a colleague have a need. Thomas cleaned the Malware out of 6 of my websites in record time!

I have been a WP customer for a while. When your online business goes down from a Malware attack, it can very stressful. And I my case, I am responsible for a few websites, so my customers are not happy when they login to a blank screen. So I found out a couple days ago that my websites were attacked by Malware. A serious situation. So I needed help and quickly. I turned to WP Fix It. They had a multiple website Malware removal service. I signed up and was assigned to Thomas. Right from the beginning I knew I was working with a seasoned professional. And even though my current increasingly poorly managed Hosting service was less than capable to assist Thomas when he hit some roadblocks, Thomas kept pushing forward with a positive attitude. And we worked together to finally get all of the 6 websites cleaned of Malware and also protected from possible future attacks. Through this experience I also found that WP Fix It now has a hosting sevice. He is the best salesman! Soon I will be opening a hosting account with WP Fix IT and migrating all my websites. PHP update, Thomas Nailed it!

Beware! Scammers

Scammers. Purchased tasks in bulk during black Friday seeing the offered discount but when asked for fixes simple one-off issues they asked for hiring hourly development saying it’ll take time. Same happened multiple times and finally understood they would only do sooo simple tasks like plugin causing an issue so deactivating that plugin to solve the issue etc. Suddenly launched validity for those purchased tasks in bulk wiping off all my stacked one-time tasks while they clearly mentioned lifetime validity while selling. Dont fall for their nonsense

Be Warned: Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience

I usually don't take time out of my business day to leave negative reviews but I would strongly caution anyone from working with WP Fix It. After being a paying customer for months, I was shocked at how rude and condescending their support team was — especially over a simple billing issue that I had already resolved. Rather than offering helpful communication, they sent multiple emails with a hostile tone, accused me of causing “extra work,” and even ended one message by saying, “this will be my last reply.” That’s not how you treat customers — especially those running real businesses who rely on their websites. There was zero empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no reason for the way they spoke to me. If you’re looking for a WordPress provider that respects its customers and actually provides helpful support, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I’ve since moved my website to a much better host with real customer service. UPDATE: After posting this review I received this exact email (I Copied And Pasted). I notice that there is a pattern of extortion and threats from this company but I will not be a intimidated even it means I loose my site and all my files. Email from WPFIXIT: [BEGIN EMAIL] Hello Because of your review we have suspended your hosting account. You will need to remove your review and reply with proof of a new hosting provider that your website will be moved to. Failure to do so in the next 24 hours will result in a full deletion of your entire website. We absolutely want nothing to do with you as you are a horrible customer and never take accountability for anything that is your fault which includes not communicating when we are trying to help you from your account being suspended. Any future actions that you take against us will result in a aggressive search engine optimization campaign that will completely erase you from the internet. We look forward to your replying stating that your review has been removed and the information about your new hosting account which we will send you a full backup of your website that you can move to this new account. [END EMAIL] Please look at the other 1 star reviews this is a pattern. TRUST ME STAY FAR AWAY! all this over a missed $37 payment which I paid but did not communicate in a timely manner to their emails because I was sick and did not respond to emails.

Over a 14-day period, we sent more than 15 email reminders regarding a past due payment for hosting services that were still being provided. Unfortunately, none of those emails were acknowledged until much later, at which point your response was highly irate and aggressive. Our intent was never to be hostile, but to seek resolution for a service that had gone unpaid while we continued to provide support and hosting. It's our responsibility to follow up on unpaid invoices, especially when a service remains active. We regret that our communication was perceived as unprofessional — that was not our intention. However, we do believe clear and consistent follow-up is part of maintaining business accountability on both ends. We wish you all the best with your new provider and continued success with your website.

Amazing! WP Fixit is one of the best services I have ever purchased anywhere for any product. It's simply astounding how efficient and quick they are.
