We moved from Fastcomet to Scalahosting about 4 months ago, after Fastcomet changed ownership and their support wait times went from ~5-10 minutes to ~hours per ticket. Scalahosting is a life saver. Their team is available on chat through the control panel and can fix everything, generally within 1-5 minutes. We're contacting support a lot less now that the server is moved and up and running, but every time we do its great knowing that we can get a solution in minutes vs being blocked for a few hours. If you need managed vps hosting, I cant recommend them highly enough. We hope their team sticks around because we have never had support this good. Thanks Ivo, Alex, Mario, Nikola, Pav, T. That he gave expert advise... then offered to setup a confusing support issue that o had no experience with... not ever did godaddy support offer to do anything like that.. they would try say my problem needed an add on that cost alot of $$$... they are why I moved to scalahost... and now to find out the support treats like a human... I literally had godaddy support laugh me to scorn.... so great job for employment of this guy!

Despite being more expensive than some alternatives, they are extremely well worth the extra cost. Their support team has always been there to help me with anything I need, even fixing some of my own incompetent mistakes! The support team is the sole reason I stayed.
