1. I ordered the product in December.
2. It was shipped to the wrong address, and I contacted you on the 10th of Jan for a correction.
3. I received information from DHL that my package was sent back. We discovered that my address was given to the carrier INCORRECTLY.
4. I received a "favor" from their side. They told me that I don't have to pay for shipping Thanks!!!!.
5. I waited too long for the problem to be solved. What I received in Feb was the wrong product: Ketone Monitoring
6. I told them that I received the wrong product, and they told me they'll send the correct one later.
7. Today, we are at the zero point. We already realized and identified the address problem; how come to the same mistake is repeated? I don't understand.
Now, it is 29th of March. I didn't get my product after 50 mails thread. At the end I asked for refund.
Horrible experience!
For a CGM not to include alcohol wipes as a basic addition to the pack is mind boggling. It should not be expected or assumed that any diabetic will have a wipe available to them when changing their sensors. They should be included in the kit.
I bought the pack of 4 CKM sensors (ketones). The first sensor broke physically (it felt apart upon application). The second sensor was OK physically - I was able to apply it, but it only stayed connected to the mobile app for 5 minutes and then "retired" itself asking for replacement. The 3rd sensor is working just fine for 2 days now.
I wrote to support asking for help. No one replies. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything back.
Write now Im not going to buy anything from them, as I lost 140 Euros on two faulty sensors that no one is willing to replace.
