They are overseas scammers they take photos of beautiful shoes to entice you and then you are sent really cheap “Made in China“ Shoes that you would never buy if you went into a store. ONCE YOU COMPLAIN, YOU CAN FORGET IT. THEY WILL NOT HONOR ANY KIND OF REFUND. THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU A RETURN OR REFUND.

I have purchased Serah Fishnet Strap shoes from Sinennarossi paid $145. After receiving the product which did not like, I contacted the customer care team to provide me with return information. My request was denied with the unreasonable return policy to drop half of the cost and half to only purchase their future product. Please beware!
I recently placed an order on this website for my wife that wanted a pair of heels. To start off I had a gut feeling that this website was a knockoff but I was in a time crunch so I proceeded to just ordering the heels she wanted and I added the shipping protection just in case. 3 weeks go by and I received not a single update about the shoes. I emailed them and they state the shoes are temporary out of stock and is on back order. This was never mentioned anywhere on the website nor they updated the availability on the particular shoes like any other brand would. I immediately ask for a refund 3 times, they keep trying to beat around the bush and offer vouchers to their store. I would highly suggest to stay away from this website and take my story as a warning.

I ordered some cold boots from this store that was $269 and when I received them, they are plastic, very cheap material and they don't even fit my feet. I ordered my correct size which is a 71/2 and omg, they don't fit at all. This store is a scammer. They take your money and don't give u a refund or exchange. I could throw this boot in the garage because that's how bad they look. I'm reporting this store to the better business bureau. Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't order any shoes from this store. The shoes arrived and looked cheap (poor quality). The sizing runs large and they aren’t worth the price. They don’t accept returns or exchanges. This is a scam.
Boots were not the same as picture. Could not get ahold of anyone to make a return. BUYER BEWARE.

NO STAR AT ALL. They sent the wrong product and infomed me, after I contacted them, that the shoe is somewhat similar enough...to the one I ordered. They are refusing to take the shoes back and reimburse me for the delivery of a wrong product which I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP, NOR WOULD HAVE PURCHASED.

The shoes are poor quality and do not look like in the picture. They are sending you the products from China and they do not respect the delivery time. It does not take 10 to 15 days rather 1 month and when the products arrived they did not match the pictures from the website. Extremelly disappointed. Dont buy!
