PLEASE, whatever you do… Do not purchase any shoes from this company. They are overseas scammers they take photos of beautiful shoes to entice you and then you are sent really cheap “Made in China“ Shoes that you would never buy if you went into a store. ONCE YOU COMPLAIN, YOU CAN FORGET IT. THEY WILL NOT HONOR ANY KIND OF REFUND. THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU A RETURN OR REFUND.
I ordered a wig from GeetaHair (Order #GT101242) that was advertised in a muted brownish-red color. What arrived was a bright, unnatural red — not even close to the listing photos. I contacted customer service the same day I received it to request a return, which their own policy allows within 30 days. Over the course of a week and at least seven email exchanges, they never once provided a return address or return instructions. Instead, every reply pushed a different excuse — lighting during their photoshoot, “natural variation” from hand-dyeing, or claims that the wig was “custom made” (it wasn’t; it was a standard listing). When I kept asking them to simply honor their stated return policy, they responded by offering a partial refund instead — first $20, then $30 — never the return I actually asked for. I never received a refund or a way to send the wig back. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you’re considering ordering from this company, be aware that their return policy is not honored in practice, and be prepared for a frustrating runaround if the product doesn’t match what’s advertised. I have reported their inability to honor their own return policy to Shopify, I will be reporting them to other consumer agencies as well.
