I ordered quite a few products to test out as I’ve been told Korean products have the best colours. Sadly they were not the right shades for me, and the customer service representative would not let me return them and get a refund. Essentially I wasted my money.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, our return policy requires products to be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition for change-of-mind returns. As the brow products had been opened and tested to check the shades, we unfortunately weren’t able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Due to ordering from overseas delivery takes a little bit longer than normal. But the items come nicely secured and nicely packaged as to not damage the product. They also send plenty of updates informing you of your order and delivery’s due date. Would recommend ordering from this store 100 times over.

Honest feedback here: Skin-Seoul’s website isn’t the easiest to use, it doesn’t display properly on the iPad. However, their products are great, and their customer service is second to none! The courier that they choose for Australia isn’t the best (took quite a while for the package to arrive, I think even Korea Post / Aust Post might have been able to deliver quicker). Overall, I will buy from them again.

Skin-Seoul has a lot of good products to choose from. I ordered the Vita-pair Vitamin C serum and I love it. I had the pleasure of actually bring in Seoul and was so happy I could purchase this product online. My package came in about 7 days, they kept me informed along the way and product was wrapped really nice and was given a handful of samples which was awesome! Definitely will be shopping with them again!! Thank you!!
