Horrible company, watch lost in the mail and they won't refund me! BUYER BEWARE!
Horrible company, my parcel was damaged and the watch was lost during the shipping process. I opened a case (dispute) with Paypal and they sided with Skywatches. I had all the evidence as my Postal service gave me a document stating that the mail was damaged. I contacted the seller and they requested for the documents, but they never contacted me back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY DO NOT INSURE THEIR PARCELS AND WILL IGNORE YOUR EMAILS/DISPUTES!
Order number 100027092
Edit:
My CC provider refunded me the money via chargeback dispute within 2 weeks (after Paypal screwed me over with their dispute system). They found that the dispute case was in my favour unlike Paypal ridiculous decision to side with the seller even though I had the hard evidence.
I will not be shopping at Skywatches ever again, and I will never recommend them to a friend or family member.
Skywatches gave us a wonderful service while buying from their shop. We went to their shop to check out the watch we were looking for. The saleslady is kind and accomodating, even if they have so many customers at that time. With this experience with Skywatches, I will surely go back and purchase from them again.
Skywatches offers a variety of watches- from casual & stylish watches to sporty timepieces. These watches have affordable prices and comes with warranty. I encourage you guys to check out their online shop and/or visit their main shop to personally check the watches.
I'm searching online and looking for an elegant classy watches, so I ended on visiting the site of skywatches.com.sg as I checked they sell many watches on different brands at affordable prices.

Do not be fooled by the low prices, no shipment, no refund
RE: Shipment # 100003004 for Order # SKY_100005481
I will keep this short, I ordered a watch from them over a month ago and it never arrived.
One week after ordering I asked for an update, they said wait one week then another and another. In the end they refused to refund and asked me to take it up with PayPal. I contacted PayPal support, 2 weeks later they resolved my case and are asking Sky for a refund.
They never once offered to give me a refund even though the shipment never arrived.
My short statement is, "never again!"
Thanks
Y
I've ordered Seiko 5 SNK619K1 from them. They were the cheapest online and I've read some reviews on watch forums and they were mostly positive.
I've received my watch as advertised. Great watch. Well packed (ordered with original Seiko box). Arrived within a week
Recommended company and if I want to buy another watch will definitely shop there again.
I ordered a watch at skywatches d. 19-05-2015.
Two days after ordering, I received my watch on my residence in Denmark.
Right from the moment I order my watch, I received information about where my watch was in, it just can not be done better.
Skywatches 100% can be recommended to all of you who want to buy a watch, here you meet a great company that lives up to everything you could wish for.

This was the first time I bought from Sky Watches so was a little anxious as I always am buying from abroad but to be honest they put many other watch retailers to shame. I live in the U.K and my order arrived in 5 day's all fully tracked. For a watch-oholic like me Sky Watches are always one of the first places I check for what I'm after and most often than not they never let me down. Some of the best prices around, excellent communication and super fast delivery, you can't go wrong. Thanks greatly again Sky Watches! I'll definitely be back in the future for more purchases!
