The jersey looks cheap and unofficial. For some reason they printed a number on the front of the shirt. They were hard to deal with, customer service had no interest in accepting fault. They tried to redirect me to a different "official" website, but wouldn't give me the address.
Ordered on 9th August. They took two payments for one order. Had to dispute this. I'm still waiting for this order to arrive. Numerous excuses. * shirts are out of stock * unable to find order in warehouse * can't give a refund * offered coupons as compensation on next order * staff are working overtime * please allow 2-3 days * be patient and wait for your order. * please allow 7 days. * Unable to guarantee delivery time. * My fonts are delaying the shipping * personalised items delaying the order. Like I said above I'm still waiting for my order and its impossible to actually get hold of anyone who actually understands.
Bought two shirts, both arrived promptly but one was damaged. Customer service initially interested in assisting but tried to state the product is hand made and to expect some minor issues. I requested a replacement as the shirt is visibly damaged and now customer service have stopped responding and are ignoring all attempts to resolve.
Ordered 4 shirts from this website, 3 without names and numbers which took a few weeks to arrive. They are great quality and incredibly affordable. I would warn that if you get a kit with a name or number on the back it does take much longer however the quality is extremely good.
Complete scam avoid!!!!! You think the prices are 2 good to be true and the items don't turn up. No communication... don't fall for it
I have been waiting for over three weeks after my son used his own money to buy a gift for his sister. Payment confirmation gave a dispatch time of 2-7 days but here we are 24 days later and no shirt. Their WhatsApp customer service ignores you for days then offers up a lame “sorry, we’ve had loads of orders and we’re really busy” but not once have they offered a tangible update on the order. I am highly dubious and now need to explain to son why a) no gift for his sister and b) he’s lost his money.
2nd time ive used the site first time iteams came within 3 weeks placed a £164 order on the 8th august and still not recieved any thing just get takking there still oreoairing the order wont be ordering again placed a order with DH gate and the next day got a message saying it had be posted for shipping
7 weeks and still no tracking number or parcel. I was told 5 days ago to wait 2-3 days and that they were really sorry. It seems the more you spend with this company the less likely you will get your order. I spent £370 in one order. NOTHING. i advised i will leave daily poor reviews until i either get a refund or a dispatch email. BEWARE. dont be left out of pocket like me!

I bought a AC Milan shirt. On the website they stated due to high demand it will take maybe 2-3 weeks. I asnt in no rush. I received the shirt and all I can say is this company is great. The shirts quality is fantastic and I have no complains. I have now ordered more items from the company and hope to order more in future. Thankyou for the confidence in trust.
Recommended by a friend, my item arrived in 3.5 weeks. Was sceptical but its arrived, a football shirt, so far so good. Hope the letters don't start peeling!
I placed an order on Aug 20th they have my money and still my order hasnt been processed!!
Have used these a few times and it's almost always been spot on, certainly good value for money! Just make sure you order up at least two sizes
I’ve spent £370 beginning of august and still nothing. I will admit I purchased £80 worth of good and did arrive a month later. It seems the more you spend the longer and more hassle it is. You might be lucky, you might be not. I have notified my bank.
Me and the lads have ordered over 20 jerseys and runners from these between us, absolutely 100% top quality, will not be going to the regular larger named stores again. Highly recommend

Terrible customer service. Not A Thai company, they're Chinese! Sizing charts completely wrong and can't be trusted,tried to tell them based on friend's shirts but wouldn't change the order,tried to pretend these are hand made (lol) don't bother with this company

I ordered 5 shirts and they're all good quality and sizing is good, just use the sizing chart on the site. My order took about 3 weeks to arrive. Was recommended to me by a guy at work and loads of us have used this site. Really cannot fault them. Have just placed another order for 2 more shirts. Update on 24/9/2023 The 2 other shirts I ordered arrived yesterday. Both great quality and a great size. Can't fault this company.
After months of a delivery delay, They offered me 3 dollars instead of refund or replacement
