Sent wrong size trainers
Ordered a pair of trainers in size 8, sent me 8.5 and tried to put a size 8 sticker label over the top of original. Poor effort from them as was easy to see what they had done!!! Save your money and avoid this moody lot

Ordered quite a few kits and the sizing was true to what was advertised. Shipping was about 5-6 weeks which isn't too bad. However, my only issue is the consistency of the colours and materials of the same kits. I ordered 2 of the same in different sizes, and they both came in a different shade of blue. Also the finish of the material was totally different. I probably won't use them again due to this constant I consistency. I emailed them for a refund or an exchange but they never got back to me. Such a shame as I had high hopes for this business.

I been buying shirts off this site for past few years, yes they take a few weeks to arrive which is to be expected due to were they are coming from, the quality is really good and the price is even better, my football tops and my boys, basketball tops, trainers they have all lasted and washed very well. You won't be disappointed

I've ordered only one jersey just to check sizing as I heard it is different than standard one. Waited 2 months to find out that my order is lost.After contacting them I've requested replacement.Two months after got an email that my order was lost... Anyway 4 months after placing an order I don't have jersey or refund...Scam website....

Order placed on 30th September totalling £34.81. Acctual payment taken was £37.81. And then four fraudulent payments totalling £33.14 linked to the soccer03.com. Emailed soccer03 to find out more information. Not expecting to see my order arrive to be honest. Smells like a fraudulent website. Would advise people to shop elsewhere.

Used this website quite a few times, orders take 2 to 3 weeks but they are busy so its fine, I've also recommended my friends and family and they also have ordered from here. great quality shirts for the price. Definitely not a scamming website, people need to be more patient.
Latest and Retro bargain
If you order more than 2/3 items and personalization,expect lengthy times for processing and delivery. My order took 6 weeks as I ordered a lot, however 1 item was missing however not majorly fussed as got everything as a bargain and excellent quality, requested a refund or discount code for next purchase. The shirts and track suits are next best thing to UK retail priced purchases, Dont expect exact material as the genuine stuff, it will be similar/slightly off and if not better, but size wise you usually have to order 1 size up, but still it's a risk you take as they are not all the same on all shirts and trackies. Overall must say pleased with them. A lot of people complain about no response and delivery taking too long, all I can say....is be patient, otherwise pay £80 plus per shirt locally....I will keep useing them.

How long do I wait
Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago, when using website contact, I get the same reply every time, “your order is being prepared” even if you ask a question about something else this is the reply you receive!!! Perhaps I will have to kiss my £40 goodbye! Warning do not use these people.

Good experience but sizing small
Took a gamble after reading reviews and ordered two premier league shirts (2 different teams) I order stuff for my car regularly from China etc so know postage times can be long... to be fair can't fault the postage and was kept up to date with Royal Mail tracking and my shirts came within 3 weeks. Shirt quality is pretty good to be honest, the problem was (as many reviews state) the sizing.. I'm a UK 2xL so ordered 3xL but still a bit on the tight side. When I order again I'll order 4xL... apart from that the buying experience was fine.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Customer service non-existent. Letters on front of jersey started to peel and fall off after a few weeks, material rubbish also, very cheap. Contacted them with no response and after a week contacted them again and they said not to send duplicate messages as they are unable to respond in a timely manner. No wonder whenever the product is so poor!

Ordered a shirt a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. Tried emailing but fails to send, have tried to contact through the receipt email but heard nothing back. Probably won't receive the shirt after waiting a month. Won't be using them again.

Can’t leave anything other than 5 stars or your feedback won’t be submitted on their website. Reported numerous times defects and each time saying coupons offered towards next delivery. Nothing received to date after sending numerous requests. Communication very poor and most times the reply you receive is a generic robotic response

Customer service does not exist. Ordered 3 jerseys in August, none has arrived. Tracking number has 0 info. I believe I will never receive those items. Last order with them for sure.

Excellent shirts... my sons are so happy and will buy again.... they look the same and so happy with price .... It does take time with delivery but that's not a problem when your getting them at a great price
Awful Customer Service
Sent me the wrong size shirt (ordered a small, sent a large)… mistakes happen. What bothers me though is that they have done nothing to resolve and are ignoring my messages. It’s 2 months since i ordered, 5 weeks since i messaged them and still haven’t got what I paid for!
