Only giving 1 star because I have to. I order my first pair and they did not not fit I messaged and they said I had to either pay for the shipping to send them back or I could get 50% off my next order. The address was not understandable so I took the 50%off. I was told this time to order a half size bigger so I got myself an 8 and my daughter a 7.5 both wide. They came her shoes were so big they got my other daughter that wears a 10 so the means shoes must run bigger. My shoes the one pair were still a little snug but fit and hurt as soon as I put them on the other pair were a little looser and more comfy so I thought, I wore them to work. Mind you I got these because I have fibromyalgia, herniated discs through my entire back, degenerative disc disease, my feet swell due to a heart condition and that’s what they advertised for I have been in severe pain since yesterday and can hardly walk. I wore them 4/1/23 it is now 4/2/23 at 10:30am. Not happy at all. I have taken a hot bath, tried Tylenol, ibuprofen, heating pads 3 kinds to be exact and pain pills. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOSE
This company is a rip off, their size chart is completely wrong. They sent me the wrong sizes, and won't do anything about it. They will stop all communication with you if you keep emailing them.
If I could give this company a zero star I would, worst company I have ever dealt with. Said I have to pay to have shoes returned or they would give me 50% of a new pair. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 12.5 wide, got a euro size 52, which translates to US size 17. I complained. They tried to say Euro 52 is a US 13, which is wrong. Told me I could mail back to China at my expense (very expensive) and they’d give me 50% off another pair. Right…pay more money to get screwed again. Terrible company…stay far away from.
I ordered women's size 10.5. I received MEN'S 10.5. Shoes are way, way, way too big, and they refused my request to return them.

I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers and all of them came in the wrong size. I ordered a size ten and they sent me a size 44 which is way to big. I am not a very happy camper.
Don’t waste your money. The shoes are poorly made, the sizes are international sizes and they certainly are not as soft and comfortable as the company claims.
I just received mine , wore them inside and outside the house. Very little flexibility and the idea of the sole of the shoe being flexible is a hoax.
I got my shoes yesterday 2/23/23 and when I took them out to try I can tell they are too big. So I am waiting to return or exchange them for the right size. The way they figure on shoe size, just give them your foot length and they with send right shoe.Very dissatisfied and angry.
Shoes are 2-3 sizes too big. This appears to be a scam site. It is not dot com it's dot co and I didn't catch it. Check your browser. I will change the review if they make it right.
CALL AND CANCEL YOUR ORDERS. I GOT A PAIR AND THEY CAME IN 2-3 SIZES TOO LARGE. tHEY USE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SIZE SYSTEM THAN ANYONE ELSE. I ORDERED A US10 AND THEY SENT ME A 46 ON THEIR SIZE CHART. whEN THEY WERE TOO BIG THEY WANTED ME TO SEND THEM BACK AT MY EXPENSE AND THEY WOULD SEND ME ANOTHER PAIR. WHEN I FOUND OUT HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO RETURN THINGS TO CHINA I CHOSE TO GIVE THEM TO A POOR PERSON IN MY CITY.
My husband ordered size 13 sneakers, what came was 52 which is equivalent to 17. Their fault and we were told to return it to China with our own cost. Offered 50% refund keep the item which is useless. We wasted money and time for these company. So disappointing and its a shame. Don't buy from them. I believe they did these in purpose to get rid of their unsold product. The materials of the shoes are cheap, so beware consumers.
Most uncomfortable shoes I've ever encountered, tried to return but would have to pay for return shipping. Do yourself a favor and don't even think of ordering shoes from this company
I ordered two pairs of sneakers size 10½Wide. A month later I got my shoes size 11 and they are not WIDE width but Regular width. The are too long and not Wide enough for my toes. They DO NOT HAVE WIDE WIDTH SIZES. It is a false advertisement.
I requested a return label to send them back and they are not accepting my request because according to them, they sent me the right size. No they didn't!! Their size table it's all screwed up!
If you request a WIDE width, all they'll do is send you ½ size bigger!!
They offered 50% off another purchase and keep the pair of sneakers that are useless to me. There are more people with this same situation. I have read other reviews with the same problems.

They offered 50% refund and I could keep the two pair. Or 100% refund if I pay to return them to China. What!!? Shipping to China is more than the 2 pairs of sneakers!! So i requested two new pairs of different model sneakers sent in the right size. They agreed, and I can keep the two original pairs.
Beware: they do not give full refunds. Seems like rip-off. They do not have WIDE WIDTH SIZES, they only send you a ½ size bigger regular size shoe.
