We are very sorry to read about the "nightmare" delivery experience you had, Robert. Losing four days of work is a significant burden, and we deeply regret the stress this caused you. We hand-pick our third-party delivery partners to ensure high standards, and while this carrier has been excellent in the past, they clearly failed to meet those standards here. We are currently reviewing our relationship with this provider to ensure our post-purchase experience matches the quality of our sheds. As we discussed when you reached out to us, we have issued a $200 refund to your original payment method to help alleviate the trouble caused by these delays.
