Thank you so much for the fantastic review, Theresa! We are so glad to hear your California shed makes the perfect backyard office. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Igna and Tomas - they’ll be thrilled to know their help with your questions and delivery made a difference. It's great to hear assembly went so smoothly with your contractor, too. We really appreciate your recommendation, and we'll be ready for your neighbors when they reach out!

Thank you for the review, Steve! We are truly glad to hear you love your new shed. We are sorry to hear the doors aren't closing as expected, though! Because our shed doors are highly adjustable, we've just reached out directly with some troubleshooting steps. Once you send over a few photos of the current alignment, we'll be able to help you get everything lining up and latching perfectly. Please remember you can always reach out to us with any questions like this - we're always happy and ready to help!

Thank you for sharing your impressions about our team and shed delivery, Jimmy!

We understand the frustration here, and we're sorry this fell short of what you needed. When you ordered, you asked for delivery by July 24, or after August 2 if that wasn't possible. Your original delivery was booked well within that window, but the carrier didn't show. That left us choosing between rebooking into the next available slot, which pushed just past your first date, or holding everything until after the 2nd - thus we moved quickly to secure a replacement carrier, reading the situation as wanting the shed as soon as possible. In hindsight we should have paused and confirmed which of your two windows you preferred rather than deciding for you. That's on us, and it's a real lesson we're taking from this. We've refunded the $200 unloading charge, and your shed has now been delivered. For anyone reading: on a standard (non-expedited) delivery, scheduling depends on carrier routing and availability, and while we can't control a carrier no-show, we can and should communicate more clearly when plans change. We'd genuinely rather have gotten this right for you, and if anything's still outstanding you can reach us at [email protected].

Thank you so much for the kind words! We are truly honored to support Shining Hope Farms and the incredible work you do for your community. Knowing that our shed will help you expand your therapeutic programs and reach more people in need means the world to us. Thank you for everything you do to make a difference!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review, Robert! We’re thrilled to hear your experience has been smooth so far. We’re excited to get your shed to you! Thanks for leaving us a review, Stacey! We're delighted that you had a helpful experience with our team and are happy with your beautiful new shed. We're sorry for the frustration the original screws caused during assembly, but we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can look into better options for future builds. Enjoy your fabulous backyard shed!

Thank you for taking the time to review us, Tom. We're sorry you ran into some frustration with the build, and are really glad everything came together nicely for you in the end. All our boards are marked inconspicuously at the factory or identified by length and profile in the manual. If anything ever feels like it might not be fitting right on your next project, please reach out before making any adjustments - we're here to help and would love to make sure everything goes smoothly. Thanks for choosing SolidBuild! We appreciate your business.

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback, Anna! We love to hear that the build was fun and that the instructions and videos actually made a difference. Enjoy your shed!

Thank you so much for the review, Mark! We are thrilled to hear you appreciate your shed's look. Bermuda’s intense humidity is definitely a tough environment, and getting a high-quality sealant into those tongue-and-groove joints is indeed important. Don't hesitate to reach out for any maintenance advice, we always happy to share any relevant tips and tricks!

Thank you so much for the lovely review, Nancy! We love that you're enjoying your cottage-like she-shed. Your secret is safe with us - if the door works and looks good, that just means you put a custom spin on it. We're so glad the assembly was mostly easy for you.

Even if it's been over a year, we absolutely love hearing this! Thank you so much for the wonderful review, John. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Igna and the support team. We are truly delighted to hear that your shed is still a source of great pride for you!

Thank you so much for the glowing review, Jennifer. It is wonderful to hear that your "we-shed" is still serving as the perfect backyard getaway after all these years. There is nothing better than knowing a project built during the pandemic is still bringing you joy today. Thanks so much for the high recommendation!

Thank you for taking the time to review your shed after all these years, Jeff! We're so glad you love its unique design and size. We are incredibly sorry about the messy delivery back in 2019. The logistics during the pandemic were a true challenge, but we're glad your construction background came in handy! Your notes on how the wood has aged are also extremely helpful. Because natural wood moves with the climate, we always recommend applying a high-quality sealant to protect it. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding thicker panels. We've actually upgraded a lot of our processes and offerings since your purchase! Thanks for being a SolidBuild customer for the last 7 years.

Thanks for the high praise, William! We’re so glad you had a blast building your kit. It’s wonderful to hear our team hit the mark over the phone, and we’re already looking forward to helping you with your second project.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Linnea! We’re thrilled that the shipping was smooth and that you're enjoying the solid structure of your new setup. It’s great to know our team could help clear up your questions before you started building. Enjoy your new workspace - wishing you many productive hours in there!

Thanks for the glowing review! We’re so glad our expert team could guide you from the initial sizing questions all the way to those finishing touches. It’s great to hear that our YouTube tutorials made the setup a "no-brainer" for you. Enjoy your new shed!
