I visited the Florence KY restaurant. I placed an order on the Sonic app. I waited 30 minutes and didn’t receive my food. I called the customer service number twice and both times the rep said she couldn’t hear me. I filled out the form on their website and I received a response. They said sorry and they gave me reward points. I told them I wanted a refund since I didn’t get my food. I only go to Sonic for their Cherry limeades but sometimes they’re good and sometimes not.
660 college park rd. Waited over 30 mins, paid $30.99 and tipped! Wanted to eat in our vehicle and had to drive home to cook our frozen food. Very very very Disappointed, its our anniversary and we go out 1 night a year and this was such a horrible experience we've ever had!
What made my experience great was Shania when I got too the window she had the biggest smile and she greeted me when I got too the window I used too be a manager at whataburger for some years that’s what you called good customers service
Why wont they give these employees new headsets! Everytime I come hear they cant hear me. The last time the worker had to walk out and take my order. I asked her why they dont get it fixed she said they've requested it but it was denied. How are people supposed to work like that?!?!
Missing items on the Supersonic Double Cheeseburger
This is the second time visiting the drive-thru at Farrow Road within a month. I ordered 2 Supersonic Double Cheeseburger and the lettuce was almost not there...no pickles and no tomatoes! When I called the manager that was on duty the first time, he only apologized and that was the end of the conversation!
My Medium popcorn chicken or chicken bit whatever it's called was short I received a small in a medium cup instead my medium popcorn chicken should be more than half full when I first receive it not half way and called good
I ordered the 7-dollar meal deal. The Ice Cream, Strawberry Sunday, was good, creamy & refreshing. The fries were nice and hot, crispy & tasty; I liked both. The Dr, Pepper was a Dr. Pepper. My Cheeseburger was downright cold and tasted like overdone cardboard. The worst hamburger I have ever eaten. My dog even balked at having a bite. This was my first and last visit to Sonic, especially after seeing hundreds of bad reviews like mine mentioning the terrible food they all received. A waste of my hard-earned money. This was at the Port Richey, Florida location. "And that ain't no Bull"
Went and ordered a chicken sandwich from them, and received a what seemed to be not even cooked chicken on my sandwich, lucky i noticed and spit it out immediately
The Sonic on Westhaven dr in Little Rock AR needs to train there employees better. For the last 4 orders I had to send them back inside to get something that was left off the order. I always check my order before leaving the parking lot.
I ordered 2 drinks through my app and checked into stall 1. It said my drinks would be ready 5:36. I even got out and pressed the button for service and they didnt even answer. It is now 5:57. I am now waiting in the drive through lane to get my drinks. And the drive through line is backed up. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I ordered a combo with a burger tots and a shake I waited over an hour. Everything came out cold and my shake was melted. It was not busy at all so keep that in mind. My mom ordered just a simple cheeseburger with bacon on it. She got the bread and the meat patty with no bacon and no cheese and hers was also cold. When I unwrapped my burger to start eating it tasted and smelled like what an indoor swimming pool smells like.

The absolute worst sonic I’ve ever been to is University Parkway in Jackson Tn. Never fixes your order the way you ordered it. I did mobile app & pickup & burgers were terrible. I’m never going to that one again.
