Ordered, not delivered, not shipped and no response
Ordered the product, waited till delivery was meant to happen then contacted the company 4 times over a month after. No response or product received, have had to start a chargeback to try and get my money back. Just wanted a reply, would have waited a little longer for the product but due to the zero response rate I've had to give up and try to get my money back.
