Ordered the product, waited till delivery was meant to happen then contacted the company 4 times over a month after. No response or product received, have had to start a chargeback to try and get my money back. Just wanted a reply, would have waited a little longer for the product but due to the zero response rate I've had to give up and try to get my money back.
Great experience, purchased two sets of cold brew dripper from them directly. Parcel arrived UK much faster than expected. Will buy more from them in the future.
