Hi Jo! This is the first we are hearing from you about this. It looks like your package is still in transit - it has been 6 weeks, so this is taking a little longer than usual, so I am wondering if it has been lost - do you know if Israel is having delivery issues with the war going on? I've looked into your tracking: DHL Express: 9261290198160238978227 The final part of the delivery is done by Israel post and here is the tracking link that global post is sharing: https://doar.israelpost.co.il/en/deliverytracking?itemcode=LV837122772US It's all in Hebrew - can you please reach out to your local post to inquire about the package? Let us know what you find out. We are here to help. If the package is determined to be lost, we can re-ship or refund your order. Please have the heart to reconsider your one-star review. This is very hurtful for our reputation as a small business that deeply cares about our customer's experience. Give us a chance to help you and resolve this situation.
