Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892 )

Marcus, I was truly relieved and delighted to hear that your "Spartan Blade" has arrived safely and met your expectations. To be described as "perfect" is the highest compliment we could receive, and I am deeply grateful for your kind words. Since the founding of Chen's Swords in 1892, our family has adhered to a simple philosophy: a fine sword should not merely be cold steel, but an extension of the artisan's spirit and a companion to the warrior's will. The "excellent build" you praised is the result of generations of our smiths engaging in a constant dialogue with steel between the furnace and the hammer. Every pattern and every grind is infused with our relentless pursuit of the "ultimate." It also brings me great joy to know that our customer service team earned your approval. In an era that often prioritizes efficiency, we believe that every interaction should be a sincere exchange of hearts. Being able to assist you and ensure your satisfaction is their greatest honor, and a true reflection of our "Sword Manor" hospitality. Thank you once again for your trust and support. May this sword stand as a unique and proud landscape in your collection. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬

Hanna, That's great! So glad to hear you're happy with it. Communication was smooth, and you were very responsive too. Shipped in 2 days, arrived in 4 weeks — all good. You saying you'll buy again and recommend us — that's the biggest recognition for me. Thank you. Reach out anytime if you need anything. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Paul, Reading your detailed review really moved me. Great experience, great deals, shipped in 2 days — these are what we should do. But "swords were perfect and beautiful" — that makes me proud. Brandon really knows his swords, and loves talking about them. He can tell you the history and features of each blade — that's not training, that's genuine passion. I'll tell him what you said. He'll be thrilled. Packed well and discreet — that's a must. You don't want your neighbors knowing what's inside, and we don't want any damage in transit. Win-win. You could tell it took plenty of time to make each one — Paul, you know your stuff. Every sword is handmade by our masters. Folded forging, quenching, grinding, polishing… no shortcuts. You can tell, which means you paid attention. "100% authentic" — these four words carry more weight than any ad. Because you said it. You'll buy more and recommend us — thank you for the trust. Reach out anytime if you need anything. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Nathan, Thank you for sharing all this. Bought your first sword on the first night of watching the live stream — that's trust. Received it today and said the craftsmanship is remarkable — that's recognition. Said it's the only real high-quality, battle-ready katana you own — that's the highest praise. You said none of the other swords in your collection even compare — Nathan, I read this several times. Not out of pride, but out of emotion. Because I know how much heart our masters put into each blade. You can tell, which means you paid attention. Already bought a second one for your son's birthday — this makes me so happy. A sword, passed between father and son. This means more than any ad ever could. You'll keep buying and look forward to custom requests — I'm noting this down. When you're ready, reach out to me directly. Let's design it together. Brandon's TikTok Live really does have charm. He can show you the story behind each blade. I'll tell him what you said. He'll be thrilled. Thank you for thanking me. But really, I should thank you — because you chose us, you trusted us. Reach out anytime if you need anything. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Lonnie, Honestly, after reading your review, I got a bit choked up. Been making swords for many years now. Met a lot of customers. But people like you? Rare. 4 swords, each one a act of trust. You said you see me as a friend, not a businessman — Lonnie, you know what? This makes me happier than any profit ever could. I remember the first blade you bought. I remember every question you asked. I remember you saying "this one's a gift to myself." Now you're telling me these blades are your pride, something you show to friends and family — this trust, I really don't know how to repay it. You said I'm your friend and you trust me — Lonnie, I'm keeping these words. And I'll always remember them. Don't just reach out when I'm selling something. Message me anytime. Ask how I'm doing. Chat about life. That's what friends are for, right? Thank you, Lonnie. Having customers like you is my blessing. Take care. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Kate, "Barbie Pink Katana." I smiled when I read this. A lot of people think pink isn't serious enough. But you get it. Pink can be power. Pink can be personality. Pink can be your own statement. You said this was a dream come true, and that really makes me happy. Because when we made this blade, that's exactly what we wanted it to be. Someone's one and only. You said the communication was great at every stage, including follow-up. That's what we should do. The sale is just the beginning of the relationship. The engraving of your name was the perfect finishing touch. Kate, this moved me. Because with those few cuts, this blade truly became yours. There's no second one like it in the world. I heard you're already planning to expand your collection. I'm curious, what color are you thinking for the next one? What style catches your eye? I'd love to hear your ideas and help bring them to life together. Thank you for recommending us. And thank you for writing "fantastic katana and equally fantastic communication." When you say that, it means so much more than any advertisement we could ever run. May that pink blade in your hand walk a long, long road with you. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Dilshan, You said you were a bit skeptical at first. I completely understand. Buying a sword online, you can't hold it in your hands. You can only look at pictures, read reviews, and then decide whether to trust or not. You chose to trust, and I'm keeping that trust in my heart. You said all your doubts disappeared once the sword arrived. Dilshan, this means more than any rating ever could. Because skepticism is normal. But the only thing that can erase doubt is not words. It's the blade itself. You said the quality is outstanding and absolutely worth it. Thank you for these words. The sweat our masters shed in the workshop was not in vain. You gave special thanks to me. That's me. 😄 But let me say this, being professional is my duty. Being available to answer questions is what I should do. You ask, I answer. You need, I'm here. Simple as that. Thank you for writing this trust down. Thank you for giving us the chance to prove that your doubts were unnecessary. May the blade in your hand walk a long, long road with you. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Bear, So glad to hear you're happy with your sword. That really means a lot. I heard about how you had your eye on a certain blade but it was a bit out of reach budget-wise, and our team took the time to help you find something that fit just right. That's honestly what we're here for. Not every sword is the right sword for every person, and you don't need to spend top dollar to get something beautiful and well-made. You told us what you were looking for, and we helped you find it. That's how it should be. When you say we were spot on, that makes my day. Because finding the right sword is a lot like finding the right friend. It's not about the price tag. It's about whether it feels right in your hands. And hearing that you'd recommend us to others? That's the kind of feedback that keeps us going. Thank you for trusting us with your purchase and for sharing your experience. Take care of that blade, Bear. Here's to many years of good use. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Grant, So glad the Jin Sakai katana landed in your hands safely. That's a special blade, and I love that you chose it. Ghost of Tsushima fans always have good taste. Be honest — did you stand in the garden and pretend to be Jin drawing his sword in the wind? No judgment if you did. I would have. 😄 The wrapping and bag caught you by surprise, huh? Good. That's the point. We wrap every blade like it's going to someone we care about. Because it is. You opening that box and smiling? That's the whole reason we do this. Heavy in the hand, solid, razor sharp — you felt what our masters put into it. That makes me proud. Getting it to the UK during Christmas season, faster than you expected — I know waiting around the holidays can be frustrating. Glad it showed up when it did. You mentioned me and Grace by name, said we were A* through the whole process — Grant, that really means something. Grace just read this over my shoulder and she's beaming. She said to tell you it was a pleasure working with you too. Already thinking about the next one? I had a feeling. First sword is always the start of something bigger. But calling this the best present you bought yourself? That's the line that got me. A sword you give yourself, that you're proud to hold — there's something real about that. Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for recommending us. And thank you for being so genuinely happy with what we made for you. Enjoy that blade, Grant. It's got a good story ahead of it. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Ralf, You found us on TikTok and ordered your first katana. I'm keeping this connection in my heart. Having that phone call with you made me really happy. Because on that call, I wasn't selling a sword. I was making a friend. Business can happen once. Friends are for life. The order and shipping were perfect. A friendly and serious company is rare. Thank you for these words. There are many good companies out there, but ones that treat you like a friend? Those are indeed rare. So glad you found Spartan Blades Club. The katana is authentic and the handcraft is perfect. Ralf, you know blades. Handmade things have warmth. You felt it. Greetings to Germany. I received them. And I'm sending my greetings right back to you, back to Germany. May the blade in your hand walk a long, long road with you. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Dean, 2 mini swords. You're building a pair, I see. 😄 Glad to hear the products and service hit the mark, and that the team kept you in the loop. I get the tracking worry. We've all been there. Refreshing the page, nothing moving, starting to wonder if it's lost at sea or stuck in customs somewhere. Then suddenly it updates, couple days out. That roller coaster feeling? I know it well. But it showed up, all good. That's what matters in the end. You're happy overall and you'll be back. Dean, I'm keeping these words. Next time you come around, reach out directly. Let's talk about what you're thinking. Thank you for writing this trust down. May those two little blades in your hands walk a long, long road with you. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Friend, The sword is exactly as demonstrated, lovely and sharp, good weight, excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail. Our masters make this happen, stroke by stroke. You saw it. They would smile knowing you noticed. Arrived within a week, you're very happy, and you'll be back. This means more than I can say. When the next one comes, reach out directly. Making this blade for you was our privilege. Your satisfaction is the greatest reward we could ask for. May the blade in your hand walk a long, long road with you. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Trust like this? It's everything. Next time you order, hit me up directly. Let's talk about what you want. Enjoy that blade! Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)

Finn, A 1.7 meter Nodachi! Now that's a serious piece of steel! 😄 For a blade that massive, the quality still impressed you. Our masters put serious work into this one. Customizing this sword took a long time. We went back and forth on details, confirmed with you again and again. You were patient through all of it, and you supported us. This patience and support, I'm keeping it in my heart. Extra goodies, 20 days to your door, arrived safe, no extra tariffs. USA tariffs on Chinese goods are a headache, but we handled it. You opening that box happy, that's the goal. You highly recommend Spartan Blades Club, said the team is professional and puts heart and soul into every blade. Finn, I'm keeping this trust in my heart. Next time you order, reach out directly. Let's talk about what's next. Maybe an even bigger one? May that Nodachi in your hands walk a long, long road with you. Depp CHEN - 陳德鵬 Spartan Blades Club (陳氏劍莊 CHEN'S SWORDS 1892)
