Simple, seamless process and great customer service. I needed to pause my account for 6 months while I was going through a tough time financially and it was quick and easy to do so. The doctors are also very responsive and the packages arrive on time and assembled with care. I would definitely recommend Willow without hesitation!

Honestly they are great always there when we needed them always … Every question answered,, the goal was reached every month on point the delivery was at our front door… lost 65 lbs in three months.. With a proper diet plenty of protein it was easy Willow was the best decision ever made

My experience with Willow has been very positive. Compared to Winona, Midi, and other online providers, Willow's doctors and patience care teams are very prompt to respond. Their strategy for collecting information and doing patient intake is thoughtful, applied, and effective. I will continue to use them for supplement care as I navigate middle age and perimenopause!

Experience so far. The doctor responds promptly, even on weekends and the customer service communication is great. Prescriptions come well packaged and timely.
They do seem a little expensive compared with other advertised platforms but I don’t have experience with those others and that might just be at initiation so I’m not sure if it’s accurate. Overall, I’m very pleased.

I've been using Willow for 4 months now and although they are a bit more expensive than other sites for GLP, I am sticking with them because I appreciate the fast response and personal physician care. Many other sites just dole out meds unsupervised and it's impossible to get a hold of a human. I also feel like their GLP combo with Vitamin B is really helpful.

I'm actually switching back to these guys from another company. Their medicine is so much more effective than other "bargain" sites. Their customer service is great and I truly feel valued. I am glad I'm making the switch back. When you think something is too good to be true, it probably is. That's why I think Willow's pricing and product quality are absolutely the right match.

Most of the poor reviews here are about the medication not working and not about the experience with Willow, which is what TrustPilot if for. I've had a great experience with Willow and with the medication. They are responsive, up front about pricing, and offer support when needed. Not sure what else you could ask for!

Something is wrong in the willow system with regard to my account. I received an email today that my prescription order has been sent but my Willow dr had incorrect information about my dose so I'm imagining I am once again getting the wrong dose. I need to be increased. I've been on this dose for months and stopped losing weight 2 months ago. Why am I paying 299 for the wrong dose? I have sent this email to my dr as well. I would like someone to communicate that they see the problem with my account and are fixing it. ASAP. I have a friend who started Willow a week or 2 after me (upon my recommendation) and we both were interested in losing about 15-17 lbs. she's now on a dose that is over 4 times higher than mine. Willow, are you listening to this? Please someone reach out to me. I gave a 2 star rating rather than 0 because the first few months were amazing . I lost 10lbs in 12 weeks. Perfect! Please help me become a happy customer again Willow.

I’m so sad to hear some people have not had success! I use the tirzepatide injections, and I had rapid success. The doctors are responsive and so is the support team. I’ve already recommended Willow to others and will continue to do so.

Not only is this a great program but the staff answers every single question in a timely manner and their excitement about the program definitely motivated me. I’ve tried everything…. Yes. Its $300. Semaglutide pills, 6mg and increase to 12mg. But the post menopause weight came off. Diet, exercise, good sleep, HRT. Nothing worked. Willow made it easy. Most questions are answered on the website, but I've always been able to chat online with the Dr. Thank you Willow.

You can report my review for telling the truth all you want but you are still a company who uses a very thin model who has NEVER had a weight issue promoting using this medicine for vanity reasons only. It's telling people how taking weight loss meds is a quick fix that doesn't require any diet or exercise and you can just take this shot and poof you're skinny like this model. You are mocking the time, effort, and discipline it takes to actually be successful on this medicine for those that ACTUALLY need it. Your video on Facebook was removed because of how harmful it was. Every single comment said the same thing I am saying now. I will be reporting you to the BBB, the FTC, and the NC department of justice. You are putting lives at risk with your harmful and potentially illegal practices.
