Thank you so much for your review! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location of the community and had an excellent stay. Our apologies with the inconvenience you experienced with Amazon deliveries. We understand how frustrating it can be to call for a code each time, and we’re reviewing this process to see how we can make deliveries more seamless for our guests in the future. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and we hope to welcome you again should you need a temporary stay in the future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that our team communicated clearly and made your move-in process smooth! We also appreciate you mentioning the concern of neighboring units with pet and toddlers' noise, as well as residents working evenings — that’s valuable input. We will be sure to keep it in mind when assigning future units, especially for guests who request quieter areas. Your insight helps us continue to improve the Stay Sojo experience for every guest. We’re grateful you chose to stay with us and hope to welcome you again in the future!

Thank you for your thoughtful review and glad you enjoyed your stay. It was our pleasure being host to your temporary stay. Thank you again and please know that we are very grateful for your loyalty!

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret the frustration this caused during your stay. Cleanliness and timely maintenance are extremely important to us, and we take your feedback seriously. We do want to kindly clarify that while your apartment was located at The Goodwynn, your reservation was through Stay Sojo, which is separate from the building’s leasing office. For that reason, we always ask our guests to bring any and all concerns directly to the Stay Sojo customer service team rather than to the leasing office. When issues are reported to us, we are often able to help get quicker responses and coordinate solutions on your behalf. Unfortunately, we were only made aware of these concerns just a few days before your departure, which limited our ability to assist. We truly wish we had the opportunity to address them earlier so that we could have worked toward a better resolution for you. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

Thank you so much Jenna! We love Baldwin Harbor Apartments too. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you should need temp housing again.
