Background checks are required as part of our standard leasing process to help provide a safe and reliable experience for all residents and guests staying in our apartments. That said, we understand your point regarding the open-access nature of the surrounding community. The apartments are integrated within a mixed-use neighborhood rather than being part of a fully gated or private complex, which may feel different from more traditional secured residential buildings. While the property itself follows the security measures established by the building and management, we understand that individual comfort levels with accessibility and privacy can vary. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like this helps set accurate expectations for future guests and residents.
