Hi Xavier, Thank you for your feedback! We're happy you received your duo print, but we're sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. We understand how frustrating changing updates can be. The reason you received different responses over time is that the details surrounding the signing were evolving, and we always strive to be as transparent as possible by sharing the most up-to-date information we have at the time. While the information changed as plans developed, our goal was never to provide conflicting answers, but rather to keep customers informed as new details became available. We also wanted to clarify that your correspondence was with two members of our team, both working to provide the latest updates. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will continue working to improve our communication moving forward! Best wishes, Streamily Support

This is something we have been looking into and comments like yours help guide those conversations here at Streamily. Thanks again for sharing your valuable feedback. We appeciate you!
