We're truly sorry that your daughter's birthday gift arrived long after the occasion and completely understand how disappointing that must have been. For Signed Off Camera orders are generally completed by the talent within 30–60 days, although processing can take longer depending on the talent's availability. We mention this in our FAQs, but we understand that in situations like yours, where the wait extended well beyond that timeframe, it can be incredibly frustrating. Alex only signs a couple of times a year, which unfortunately resulted in a much longer wait than usual. While we did our best to provide updates as we waited for the signing to take place, we understand that not having a more definitive timeline made the experience feel disappointing! We really appreciate your feedback regarding setting clearer expectations for longer waits.
