This was my first time using this service. I must say I was not only impressed but very pleased with the outcome. From beginning to finish of the process it was easy and accurate. The top loaders matched the image presented when purchasing. The art work was spot on and amazing to see in detail. I was very grateful to be able to get a product from a talent when travel isn’t always an option for some fans. It makes a great gift for family and friends or just making that one little fan happy. The process does take time from order to arrival but it’s upfront in the listing of details. It’s worth the wait. It was also nice that tracking for the shipping was also provided along with updates of the product being processed. I would definitely recommend. Customer support is quick and thorough with any questions you may have as well.

We placed our order on March 10, 2026, for our daughter's 18th birthday at the end of March. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the signed poster until July 31, 2026...nearly five months later. During that time, I reached out to Streamily multiple times. While I did receive responses, they all simply stated that they were "waiting on the talent," without providing any meaningful updates or estimated timeline. I understand that signed items depend on the talent's availability, but if there's a possibility that customers may wait five months or longer, that should be made very clear before purchase. Offering a signed poster option without setting realistic expectations about fulfillment times is misleading, especially when customers are ordering for birthdays or other special occasions. The poster itself arrived as expected, but the lack of transparency regarding the timeline made for a very disappointing customer experience.

We're truly sorry that your daughter's birthday gift arrived long after the occasion and completely understand how disappointing that must have been. For Signed Off Camera orders are generally completed by the talent within 30–60 days, although processing can take longer depending on the talent's availability. We mention this in our FAQs, but we understand that in situations like yours, where the wait extended well beyond that timeframe, it can be incredibly frustrating. Alex only signs a couple of times a year, which unfortunately resulted in a much longer wait than usual. While we did our best to provide updates as we waited for the signing to take place, we understand that not having a more definitive timeline made the experience feel disappointing! We really appreciate your feedback regarding setting clearer expectations for longer waits. Autographs Safe and Sound! Both of my autograph print packages from AmaLee came in safe and sound! And I was able to take out my prints and put them in acid-free sheet protectors without the signatures smearing since AmaLee used the right permanent markers to preserve their quality.

I purchased a signed print with a personal video my daughter's birthday. I I ordered it on 7th July and am in the UK. I hadn't heard of the company but after checking Trustpilots score, was reassured so I ordered it. I accepted it wouldn't arrive in time for her birthday as I'd ordered it a bit late but I was hoping I'd at least have the video and the timescale inferred I would. However, when I'd had no update and it was getting closer to my daughters birthday I read the trust pilot reviews, and in all honesty I was a little worried as most of the recent reviews didn't appear very genuine and when I filtered them down the bad reviews were all about postage delays. However, I emailed them about expecting the video earlier and Alex from customer service was brilliant, he asked the talent to try and prioritise, which he did so it was only a day late and it was such an amazing present for her! It's such a niche thing and was really special it was personalised and he said her name on the video etc. The print has also turned up today (31/7/26) and it was in a firm envelope and was undamaged. This has been a really positive experience all round, from the talent to Alex at customer service and now with the product quality itself. I would definitely buy again and despite my original concerns with the other reviews, can confirm my review is genuine and was problem free! Thanks !

The shipping is the man issue delivery service is late. I am still waiting for the order. The tracking number isnt working either.
