Got another order from Streamily and I’m very happy. I did have to wait for two and when I emailed them about it they quickly responded about the printing error and got the prints a few weeks after. Can’t fault them in anyway. Thank you very much.

My experience with Streamily has been nothing less than amazing, from the process of placing my order to actually receiving it. Also their customer service was extremely kind and helpful when I had some questions regarding my order. My package arrived quickly and carefully packed. They truly offer great opportunities for a lot of fandoms and communities and I’m really grateful for them, because otherwise I wouldn’t have my personalized signature of Maxence Cazorla. Disappointed. The Support and Staff was very nice and supportive, but the overall experience left me disappointed. 3 things: 1. The autographed picture had the wrong name. I had it made out to my hubby and I. One of the names is wrong. I still don't have resolution to this yet. 2. My personalized video was cut short, mid-sentence and you could tell there was a little more to the video. I received reimbursement for the service fee ~$17. Sad I don't have the full video. 3. Hiccups during livestream Q&A. Less important than having the name right, and getting the full video. I really wanted to appreciate the whole experience but execution was not 100%.

I love Streamily they are kind helpful and willing to help in any way even just to say hi or ask how your weekend was when you check in . Even when the talent did my aughtergraph wrong and it was not there fault Streamily did there very best to try and fix it with emotional surport and kindness to. The transaction - was simple to buy from the website. Customer service - replied to my emails almost instantly. Waiting time - was about 4 months but I think it made it more of a surprise because my teen kept trying to guess. Packaging - came bubble wrapped in a massive box - no marks on the box to show it was mistreated. Yes i 100% recommend and would buy from them again.
