Ordered goods to the value of £42. 31st of may. As yet 19 th August no goods no refund. Implied goods delivered.told them CCTV at property send proof of signiture. They couldn't. Offered refund still no refund but 24 replays of excuses as to why not. Pretended to be Matalan, otherwise wouldn't have ordered from them. One big scam
total scam pretending to be Matalan. said package has been delivered but they are liars, I have asked them to prove receipt but they cant. I have now contacted my bank to report then and i am also writing to trading standards. I suggest you do the same. Its the only way we can stop these scum
Do not order its a scam. I waited nearly a month for delivery. When checking tracking service it said my parcel had been delivered at 16.08. The issue was it was only 13.02 when I checked.
Strigie ordered £41.00 worth of goods back in may 2023 not received any goods .emailed company to be told they had been delivered so asked for a refund as not received any goods they asked me to give them another chance to deliver I have followed the delivery by tracking they are now with the couriers waiting to see if I receive but not holding much hope after reading all the reviews about this company how are they still allowed to advertise and scam people
Why do games still allow Strigie to advertise? They should be made to be responsible for the money we have lost. Disgusting and I will never buy again this way.
Like others have said, I thought it was a Mataln sight. I ordered 2 dresses for 2 bridesmaids it said package had been delivered but I had not received anything so they said they would resend but I have nether received anything. Scaming scum that's all they are
I HAVE ORDER FROM THESE AND WAITED 32 DAYS THEN WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR BUT NOT TO ME THEN THEY SAY CANT GET MONEY BACK NO HAPPY AT ALL
Reading other reviews I now understand what scumbags these people are I to placed an order thinking it was Matalan, 2 months ago. They say it's been delivered then say they will resend items then said I can have a 90% refund. Non of which has happened. One very dissatisfied customer. Total scam 😡🤬😡🤬
As with several others below (wish I had found this site when looking for reviews), sent for £41 worth of clothes/shoes. Tracking said they had been delivered when they had not. Sent e-mail to address stated and this would not go through due to it 'containing spam content.' Second time scammed by Chinese company on Facebook. Will not order anything else through Facebook.
Absolutely disgusted with this so called company. Said they delivered package. I was here all day. I have asked for proof. Not forthcoming. Thought I was ordering from Matalan, not so apparently. I WILL receive a refund, by any means possible. Will keep you all informed, but avoid them like a plague!!!!
Just like all the other reveiwers, I saw the name Matalan and assumed this was a trustworthy company. Ordered £29 worth of clothing and after it failed to show up, contacted them, to be sent the same pack of lies about the goods being delivered. They even tried to imply that I was scamming them! This is the third time I've been scammed by a Chinese company. Clearly their moral code is non-existent.

They sent an email saying they have been in touch with the courier who won't give them any details or refund so will I wait another month for them to resend the items....HAHA 😂, *** Update..... I have to admit, I got all my money back from my bank, but I still email these chinese R.s. Holes just for the fun of it to see how many lies and excuses they can come up with, well it passes the time of day 🤔😁😁🤣🤣*** ..
Scam. Ordered. Excuses about where item are. Said delivered but had nothing, then blamed me accused me of theft and wanted more money! Avoid this company like the plague. My bank were accommodating but no money back from strigie!
Ordered products then scared off by very negative reviews. Asked for refund as told the company I had read those reviews and could not afford to lose my money. I told them I had purchased in error which is not a valid reason to be provided with a refund. Several emails later, refund received. Pleasantly surprised

Yet again I’ve been scammed by the thieving scum from Facebook! Making on they were Matalan , So please people don’t buy what is Advertised on Facebook I’ve fell for it twice but never again. The other one was shien on Facebook. It’s a pain because you have to get In Touch with your bank to go after theses mongels . And when the bank find them I hope they throw the book at them.
Scam scam... I haven't received anything yet.. According to the tracking its delivered.. Requested refund i am waiting 3 months now nothing happened yet.. They will respond to all the mails, but same reply forwarding..SCAM.

Unfortunately I fell for the scam. I was getting tracking updates until today (15/07/23), when I checked, the website is no longer sending data. I can only presume that they have removed the links to the courier (if they ever existed) and the online store. Oh well, live and learn.
