Never received my order even after them "resending it" three times. They have said that they refunded me. Not true. This company is a SCAM!!! Do not purchase from them!

If there was an option for 0 stars then this is what they would have got. An absolute scam. Placed an order in June, no order, apparently resent twice n deliver twice, no proof of posting r were delivered too but def not to me. Requested refund in Sep, promised same, still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! THEY JUST TAKE UR MONEY N U GET NOTHING. Total fraudulent company, if it even is a company.

I had the same experience in August, recieved nothing, facebook ad, they claimed it was Matalan, I spent money on another ad which claims they were Wikos, and they are still putting other ads on marketplace,e.g., cookers, furniture for silly amounts of money.I'm not sure who is more corrupt, these disgusting blagging scammers or facebook itself for letting people put these adverts out there, it's absolutely 🤢

SCAM! Same as everyone else, after weeks of waiting for my order, apparently it was delivered? I emailed them, they asked if would accept a replacement order and sign for it, I agreed. Weeks later, apparently delivered? Emailed them they told me it takes to many people and given their prices to expensive to send for a signature, they have offered 60% discount. Wish I had come here for reviews first. Cheek is they added a tip on the total. SCAM! SCAM!

Scam scam and scam !!!!!!!!! Order end of June , July came still no products, August aparntly items got lost, re order another month had past and still no products, September came and again it got lost , asked for refund, they said they could only offer 40% refund absolutely not , they then offered 90% which I took as I could not be bothered with them any more , October they said they would process my refund didn’t come after two and half weeks, apparently the process failed so they tried again , I threatened to take this further and end of October I got my refund, this company should actually be shut down the customer service is absolutely ridiculous and I will never ever order from them ever again, a complete scam if I did hear of one absolutely disgusting angry 😡

I ordered some stuff in June 2023,like others never read the reviews,again I thought it was a legit site of matalan.lots of emails back and forth saying it was delivered and it was not,Do not trust this so called company,someone is making a fortune out of innocent people.It needs to be put to an end.

I ordered items on July 12th 2023. After approximately 5 weeks tracking said was delivered. This was not the case. I emailed them and they resent items. Again after 37 days tracking claimed was delivered on 11th October 2023. They were not! Emailed again no response yet. Contacted my bank 13th October to flag as scam ( I failed to read reviews beforehand as thought was Matalan) My bank refunded my money within 15 minutes and they are investigating said company. DO NOT USE IT IS A SCAM

spent 65 days of emails trying to get a refund because my order was never delivered, Customer advisers will just keep fobbing you off with every lie going about where your parcel is and "give time" for a refund even though I have still not got the refund, so I have reported them to my credit card company......SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS

1 star is to much..con con con, spent 36 days of emailing because my order was in transit and tracking not updating to it suddenly changing to delivered but my items are not at my house..customer advisers will try and fob you off with every lie going about where your parcel is and "give time" but nothing arrives. Avoid..avoid..avoid !!!

A total scam, please do not order from this company. You click on the link thinking your ordering from MATALAN. Until your payment goes through and you realise its not matalan its a company in Hong Kong. Two months later still no parcel. My order was over £30. Weeks of emails back and forth and they tell me my oder was lost. Then suddenly my order was delivered. I fought and got £20 refund off them, but won't give full refund as they state there out of pocket to. Go else where and do not order from this company.

Total SCAM! Wish I’d read reviews before placing my order. They take your money, tell you the order is delivered but no cctv/proof! I then got offered 60% refund! Absolute joke. I may only be £32 down but if they do this to everyone then they’re quids in! Steer well clear!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Please don't use these people. I would never recommend them to anybody. Sorry of this is a little long but this is just a snip of what i had to deal with. (All areas "" are directly from their email to myself) My order did not turn up after waiting past the delivery date. I contacted them to be told check again as it was left in the post box or courtyard. (We do not have a courtyard). After a double checking i contacted them again to be told item delivered and signed for. I asked for a copy of the delivery photo and signature their response "We have consulted the logistics company, but the information is missing and we cannot find out who signed for your package." (Surprise) After waiting i Was offered 60% discount for good will. As I had paid for postal insurance I wanted full refund. After other emails being offered different refund I was finally the full refund would be processed. Next email they said it takes 15 to 25 (another lie.) days to be in my account. IT DOESN'T " NO refund appeared, I contacted them again to be told "Unfortunately, there may be some delays due to the high volume of refund requests that bank are processing finally got full refund offered". the refund had been sent but there must be a problem with my bank account and that I must check my bank. Of course even though I knew my bank was good I still checked. "We apologize again for the unpleasant shopping experience and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible." After yet more waiting and emails with 80% being offered i finally informed them I had seeked legal advice Dear, We are a real, honest company. You can trust us. "CHARGEBACK will typically take several months (traditional refunds just take days) Dear, We are a real, honest company. You can trust us. "CHARGEBACK is disputed and won by the merchant, the cardholder may be penalized, or their account may even be closed . the refund had been sent but there . (I didn't know what to think of this but found it almost a little threatening) Another email I was told to wait it takes 3 to 7 days. After contacting citizens advice I was told they had broken their contract with myself 1- not delivering order 2- for breaking their contract they made by stating 15/25 for payment and this had passed 3- damages for stress and worry over loss of money and items also time and worry over having to contact them constantly. ( This really surprised me as I thought that was for BIG issues) was told to make sure I mentioned it in my next email. Finally after another couple of emails my refund has appeared in my account. (YES I FINALLY GOT THE REFUND) (Nothing for damages, but hey I never knew about it and never expected it to happen.) Getting a refund was like getting blood from a stone. I was lied to, over a, I was constantly told I was a "VALUED CUSTOMER", was being told sorry for your confusion, "We are a real, honest company. You can trust us, be patient, Since you are our most valuable customer. I would never recommend anyone to use this compay

Scammed of £25, said parcel was delivered, told them no way, offered me refund of 70% when I told them I'd read reviews and they were scamners, said they'd refund in 25-30 days. What a load of rubbish! PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
