Oh my god why has this company not gone to jail??? They take more off the fake matalan adverts then never send products, but send countless emails of how they are sorry the shipment has arrived yet I know I fell for it, but I'm not letting them get away with it!!!
Totally bogus company that have hijacked a page on Facebook. I ordered £24 worth of goods which didnt arrive. When I contacted them I was told they were a company selling skin whitener cream that had their passwords stolen
I ordered £48 worth of clothing and didn't receive it and after many emails back and forth they insist it's been delivered so assuming major bad luck I ordered again only this time £88 worth of shoes house hold items and clothing .... surprise surprise the same again with duplicate email explaining it had been delivered SCAM SCAM SCAM THEIVES
I ordered an outfit and it never turned up 😡 I contacted them and they tried telling me it had been delivered 😡 I told them this is a scam and I want my money back and I'm still waiting for my refund WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS SITE IT'S A SCAM

Totally bogus dodgy company that issue dodgy tracking via teacking678.com, when you email them they fob you off but you will not get your stuff only ripped off. Avoid at all cost
This is a scam site. Its comes up Matalan but has nothing to do with them, you will loose your money if you order anything from them. KEEP WELL AWAY
This company is a scam company, purporting to be Matalan. If you paid by Bank Card, contact your Bank, and they will sort it for you after about a week. Don't let them get away with it. You won't get the goods, and the postage is very high. They even ask for a tip for the packers. Let's get rid for good!
Scam company, I don't believe they exist at all,when I placed my order it was advertising connected to Matalan,not good for matalans reputation. Placed my order May nearly into July, no goods no refund,they use some fake carrier, same story as most other posts on trust pilot. Don't touch this company,they take your money and that's it.

If i could give a minus figure I would. No goods, even though a really fake looking tracking site kept being updated. Apparently my parcel has been delivered! Don't know where then because like all the rest of the reviews I do not have it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE, SCAM OF A WEBSITE

Definitely a scam. They will reply to every email you send them telling you to be a bit more patient etc. They will update the tracking info if you complain about where your goods are but if you are familiar with tracking services, it's very easy to spot that they are just making up the stages.
Scam company will take your order and they own tracking678 company to which they change dates and tracking
I have not received my order although they say it was delivered on weds 31/05.. I have asked who the courier was that was supposed to deliver.. still awaiting a reply.. looks like I have been scamed.!!
