拧这些家伙

下了一个小而简单的订单。一个多月没有收到或听到任何消息。最后联系我询问，结果被告知该商品缺货，他们正在给我退款。如果我一个多月后没有联系他们，他们会说什么或做什么吗？这是我第一次也是最后一次尝试与这些人做生意👎

幻影失控酷笔客标记？？？

一月份订的，还没到。

我一月份下了订单，三月份货还没到。 我已通过电子邮件和电话联系客户支持，但尚未收到他们的回复。 我希望他们尽快回复，因为我会要求退款。

I do sincerely apologize that you did not receive your order and for the delay in receiving a response from your email. I have confirmed that a customer service rep did reach out to you on March 9 and issued you a refund at that time. We pride ourselves on always providing the best customer service possible and we definitely failed in this instance.
