Item arrived which was not what I ordered. Attempted to contact but service department no reply, Google e mail will continue to try to deliver e mails but I have little hope. Bank has started refund process and Sturtue are blacked from my account. Scam is an appropriate word

Elumiland 5D christmas hologram globe

This item is not good for purpose. It was purchased as a christmas globe which is supposed to see father Christmas riding in his sledge across the ceiling. The very small unit does not give out clear pictures, instead it shows a candy cane and some sort of santa face with some other visual thing which I can't make out. It is very overpriced for something you did not pay for or want. Where is the santa riding his sleigh. PLEASE don't purchase this because you will be as disappointed as I am. BE WARE of these rip-off merchants who have misrepresented their description.

Statue glasses are a con

Statue glasses are a con. (Google them) Their glasses are no better than the ones you buy in the Dollar store or pound land in the UK.They only magnify up to 1.5x at least the pound land glasses go up to 3.5x magnifying strength if you want them. So beware.

Sturtue autofocus glasses scam

Sturtue sold me glasses for £28 that were represented as 'Autofocus' but they were cheap simple 1.5X magnifier glasses available for a few ponds. When confronted they admitted and refunded!! Beware! THIS IS A SCAM!

Totally misleading sales advertisement…

Totally misleading sales advertisement on Google. The product is a handheld battery vacuum cleaner. Advertised as powerful , suitable for cleaning the inside of a car and able to pick up solid objects. It is not powerful and might be OK for dust but not really useful. No enclosed details for return which I think may be illegal IN UK. Regret that I didn't check the seller on Trustpilot before making the purchase

SCAM SITE!! 7 day return policy = RED FLAG Products are based on false advertising - they are cheaply made, don't work and are absurdly overpriced.

Do not buy from this company. Complete scam paid £ 29.99 for underwater/star projector, got a tiny projector for use in baby room which hardly shows up on ceiling, can get similar else where for £3.

Comauo Ocean & Galaxy Projector Scam

As other people said in their review, it is a scam. I paid almost $40 for this ocean and galaxy so-called holographic projector. It is a complete rip-off and the advertisement is total fiction. Basically, it's a little light and you put these tiny thumbnail slides in a slot that have very poor created images. It does not cover a ceiling or wall and it is just a basic still image that does nothing. It was like when I was young and got a piece of clear plastic with an image on it that you would put over the front of your flashlight to shine on the wall. Also, I asked for a refund immediately but the email was not in service even though that's suppose to be the customer service email. So, I had to go to the Sturtue.com website and find the contact section in order to get the correct email address. I told them I want a refund but they said they would only refund 50%. That is a scam and what criminals do. I told them to refund my money or I would be contacting my bank. I am waiting for a response.

I ordered the comauo ocean and galaxy projector. Absolutely not anything like advertised. No motion graphics. Operates like a slide projector with motionless pictures. This sucks. Worst purchase ever. Customer service comes back as a broken link. I just wish we could vote below 0.. as in negative stars.. like -5 stars. I wish I had 3 hands.. so I could give it 3 thumbs down. Do Not Buy!!!!!

STURTUE IS ANOTHER SCAM CHINESE COMPANY…

This company is currently advertising a no subscription satellite/5G modem router (with no paid for subscriptions required). Now, anyone in their right mind will know that you don’t get these kinds of subscriptions for nothing. I can’t vouch for the product quality but if history provides some guidance, it won’t do what it is advertised to do. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE! You’ll only end up regretting it.

I regret ordering this Biomedical Multy Functional Dust Removal Box, it it totally junk.i tried to email them, was not able to deliver. Got me once, not again. Hopefully you get what’s coming to you. They made it sound like they only had a few left, but took around 6 weeks to get this junk!
