Really good customer service. Everything is okay but on Sugargoo you couldn't buy some brands. Slow delivery, it took almost a month to delivery my package to Poland. I understand that I have ordered in peak of season so in fact of that I rate Sugargoo for 5 stars

Well it s actually good,not gonna lie,but still if in that search engine there would be more store,besides Taobao,it would be awesome. Oh and the shipping prices are not high,but a little more expensive.

Shopping was fine, until waiting forever to be shipped to the factory, then finally paying for shipping to my address, it said estimated arrival is 8-15 days, but the order still hasn't arrived and I placed it on November 7th, 19 days ago. I have not recieved any information either, or option to change shipping.
