The other issue of you being a wholesale is a unique situation. The 20% off coupon was for retail purchases, normally wholesale is about 30% off the normal selling price. So, 99% of the time wholesale would be cheaper. However the two items you choose are already heavily discount to compete with other companies. Using the 20% off coupon (our biggest sale of the year) would have made the shirts 0.50 cents cheaper and the pants 0.10 cents cheaper. Basically it would have been a $5 savings to you. We are going to refund $25 back to your credit card for the inconvenience and trouble you had with that purchase. Again, please accept our apologies for the bad experience. Thank you, Kevin
