Hello Michelle, Please accept our apologies. Before you send them back, try them on. 37” on the tag, is the un-hemmed length, which is used to custom hem a pant length we don’t normally carry. Your 28” hem was not a standard pant length so they should have been hemmed to you requested length. Our seamstresses are suppose to cross out the 37 and hand write in the sewn length. Give our customer service a call at 800-978-4550 if they do not fit and we will get you a replacement or refund. Again, our apologies. Thank you, Kevin
This was my first order from Sullivan
This was my first order from Sullivan, and I was pleasantly surprised how well made their work shirts are, with quality fabric and accurate sewing. I like that they have all-cotton as a fabric choice. With the long version, shirts stay put, no matter how much bending and crouching the work requires. Ordering was easy, and the order shipped quickly. The selection of styles and colors is good.
The Greatest Customer Service
Receive pants that had dirt on them and was sent a return shipping label without questions. I decided that I didn't want the pants that I order and change the order to two sets of another pant type. Worst experience ever
I had to send back the same items on three separate occasions because you're stuff is cut extremely small. Not to mention I had to pay to ship it back I spent more on shipping than on the actual item. If I didn't need the items for work I would never have done this so many times. I will never purchase anything from you guys again
Awesome workmanship perfect fit
Incorrect order
One of the lab coats that I ordered was to have blue embroidery and it was red. This happens to be the same color of the embroidery for another lab coat that I ordered. I am unsure how there was a mix up as the order has that the first lab coat should be embroidered in blue. Very upset.
