I ordered 2 pair of shoes it took 3 weeks to get them, without a box, just some foil around, the shoes have KINKS in the leather becaus of this. the photographs are not like the shoes, of course similar, but the heals are chepest plastic, shiny.. on the photogaphs it looked like some good natural material... sending back the shoes is to CANADA, this is really bad, because the whole page looks german is called eichborn-berlin, and then you have to send it to canada... even when the shoes have kinks... very bad shop...

Be careful - this company is a scam!

Be careful, its a scam! First of all, they have changed their name twice in the last few months. They pretend to be a EU company but they ship from China and if you want to return anything, they make you send it to CANADA at your cost! When I noticed something was wrong MINUTES after placing my order on a Sunday, I wrote right a way to cancel as is my right under EU law. they said the package had already been shipped (within a few mins, on a Sunday). They told me to wait to receive it and ship it back to Canada if I wasn't happy. they also send you an email offering you refunds and discounts if you give them a positive review which 1) never comes and 2) is explicitely against Trust Pilot rules. I have sent an official complaint about this to Trust Pilot but they are still investigating.. after 4 weeks...

It's a scam company

It's a scam company. They dropship cheap products from China, the products do not match what's shown on the website and then ask you to send back the products at your own cost to Canada. Absolute scam.

Good Website, good products. They inform at each step. I have bought shoe and I am happy with it so far. Only negative side is the delivery time to Germany was very long.

SCAM/ Return impossible. Be Careful. I tried to return an Item. An AI Agent keeps you in a loop, answering instant and doesnt get you somewhere. Perhaps with the target that you give up and don’t return im the end. No Idea how this company got more than 4 stars. Maybe also AI🤷🏻‍♂️

Expensive clothes for very very bad quality. For the return procedure, the product has to be sent in China or Canada. The sending fees are paid by the customer.

Absolutely unreliable shop

Absolutely unreliable shop – stay away from Eichborn Berlin! I was asked to leave a positive review in order to get my money back – before the product had even arrived. That alone tells you everything you need to know. The delivery was extremely late, the item arrived damaged, and it looks NOTHING like the pictures. Instead of a push-up bikini, I received cheap, flimsy material that’s probably worth a few cents – yet I paid over €50. And it gets worse: they expect me to pay return shipping to Hong Kong or Canada, even though there isn’t even a proper legal notice (imprint) on their website. To me, this feels like a complete scam system. I will be taking legal action.
