My order was dellivered to the wrong address. FedEx was no help fixing their mistake. I called Sullivan to inform them about what had happened. (I chose free shipping as opposed to paying for UPS) my customer service rep, Shannon, replaced the order and shipped UPS. This problem was not their fault, but they took it to heart and replaced the order to prove that customer service is a priority at Sullivan. I’ve bought uniforms from them in the past. They have now become my first call!!
Very nice quality product!!! I'm 6'4 300 lbs...I need 3x tall shirts and there either way to wide or not long enough...but theses shirts fit perfectly!!!!
Great work wear myself and my employees love the look and the quality..fyi the pants run a size small so get a size bigger but overall love the product.
My company does not supply pants, but when I walked into the office with these on they have changed their policies. I love these pants , I do heavy refrigeration and reg jeans wear out and I have no where to keep my phones. So expect some more orders coming from out here in AZ..
Without seeing the uniform in person I wasn't sure if they were what we were looking for. We went by the sizing chart , they arrived sooner than expected and they were just what we wanted and fit perfectly.
