If all of our feedback was positive, it wouldn’t allow us to improve. I know our company president was in touch with you to discuss your concerns and feedback, and we are tightening up in the areas that you mentioned to make sure that we continue to provide our usual high standard of service going forward. As a side-note, we were hit pretty hard with some Covid cases over the last couple of months and as hard as our staff tried, a few things did slip through the cracks. My understanding is you are receiving your new Summerwood design today and we hope you enjoy it for many years to come.
