Hi Maryeileen, Thank you very much for your review. We're sorry your first package wasn't as expected, but glad we could make it up to you! Thank you Harriet @ The Supplant Company

Hi Sharon, Thank you very much for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed your cookies, and we're sorry that some were broken. Our shortbread is perfectly baked for that crumbly texture, which can be tricky to send in the post, but we know they'll taste delicious all the same! Thank you Harriet @ The Supplant Company

Hi Jane, We're so sorry to hear that your cookies arrived broken. I'll raise this with our delivery team, but as our shortbread cookies are baked for that crumbly texture, this can happen quite easily. Glad to hear you enjoyed our cookies though, and I'd like to send you an email with a little 'thank you' gift for your feedback. Thanks, Harriet @ The Supplant Company

So glad you love our cookies as much as we do!
