This company doesn’t even deserve one star. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THE WEBSITE!!! I CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH!!! My dust rags are better quality. Customer service and the “return” policy are a joke. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, EVEN MORE AWFUL PRODUCTS.
I would be extremely cautious purchasing from Sylviar. Have been attempting to contact them to discuss a return of an item and no response. Shoddy and pathetic customer service
Bought advertised CMC Mercedes but received cheap poor quality model. As others have said no response to emails and no other way to contact. Please do not deal with this dishonest company. Do not deserve one star.
I purchased the detailed Mercedes model car as advertised on Facebook. When it arrived, it was an alternative cheap toy car that’s advertised on their website. Despite many emails requesting a solution, they have not replied. Their site tells you they have a 24/7 response on emails. Not true. This is a scam. Do not buy from this company. Shocking and disgusting.

This is just another Chinese data mining scam site. Purchased the CMC mercedes and they shipped me a $15 crap Chinese diecast . Cannot get any response from them when communicating. Have disputed charge from CC company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this scam site
I have purchased three times with this company, the first was a good experience, however, the two subsequent purchases I have made have not arrived. I have been informed that the items were ready to ship, but neither has arrived nor have I been provided any shipping details. It has been nearly 5 months, I have repeatedly requested an update but I get no response - nothing! Their customer service is woefully! Need a ZERO star rating! I placed an order...never received it! They do not reply to emails. You CANNOT track your order and there is no 24/7 support. Do not order from them. Luckily, I used Paypal and received a full refund.
If I could give zero stars I would. Bought the retro gear clock-it arrived broken-glass broken face dial broken. They advertised it as luxury but it was cheap plastic so even that was a lie Luckily i went through PayPal so I have got a refund as they do not reply or acknowledge your emails Buyer beware and avoid at all costs

Sent for the working model motor cycle what your receive is a none working cheap model not like the one advertised . No point in sending the an email they do not answer.
I ordered a Kawasaki Hr2 model I seen on Facebook through the website. it was a present for husband it was a nice size could do a lot things do sounds and lights and effects but what I got was a smaller model and the back wheel is the only thing that moves .I contacted the website on a number of occasions no response I informed them I returned the model which I didn't want I contacted the ones which shipped it out they said there was a selection of models on the site but there was only one on this site they mislead me the situation is ongoing to get my money back luckily I kept emails for proof and posting back very unhappy
Saw an advertisement on Facebook, were this company was selling a MOC designers lego style brick car without his consent!! They even went so far to use picture from his website, were the clearly show is watermark in the background!!
I have contacted them 3 times over the last 3 weeks for a refund...you can only email or use their 24/7 chat (which isn't 24/7 as no one replied. Nearly £40 is a lot of money for me to lose as am a pensioner. I can only keep trying...there isn't even a phone number...am so annoyed that I could have been scammed.
Warning for this reseller! Did ship a faulty unit and they do not intend to replace it or refund the money! Support do not answer emails after shipment so they are scamming people, web site states they have support and will answer within some time! But I’m currently been trying to get response from them for nearly 1 and a half month now and no answer at all!
