No delivery of two purchases
I have purchased three times with this company, the first was a good experience, however, the two subsequent purchases I have made have not arrived. I have been informed that the items were ready to ship, but neither has arrived nor have I been provided any shipping details. It has been nearly 5 months, I have repeatedly requested an update but I get no response - nothing! Their customer service is woefully!
