I emailed the Talkpeng crew because I thought I hadn’t received my T-shirt. Emilia responded immediately and kindly confirmed that it had been delivered, and when, but to let her know if I didn’t find it, etc. Sure enough, my husband had picked it up and forgotten to tell me. It was my mistake but Emilia was lovely and very responsive. Oh and the t-shirt is cute!

I always support small business enterprises. However I dont like being misold. I ordered a womens t shirt and was sent a mans. I made contact and they promptly replied and asked me to upload evidence (which I did but felt it was unneccesary) they then sent a replacment which was again a large mans t shirt. I contacted them again and the promised to send what I ordered. However to no avail. In short dont be fooled the t shirts for women are clearly NOT what is depicted on the website.
Hi Lorraine. We received an order of a UNISEX tee from you, which was delivered. Our team needs to evaluate any issues with deliveries and we therefor ask for proof in form of pictures. Despite sending you what you ordered, we agreed to exchange the item free of charge and send you a female tee without you needing to return the initial item. That item was delivered as well according to tracking. We have not received any proof that the second item delivered was faulty. Please provide pictures of both items that show that they are in fact the same and we will be able to proceed with a solution. We apologise if we fell short of any expectations.
Order a size too large and they sent me a smaller size. Super fast response!

I’ve never seen Customer Service like this from a company - it’s exemplary. I had a T-shirt that was too small and they resolved the issue in such a friendly relaxed way that puts the customer first. I ordered a t shirt from Talkpeng, only to discover that my friend already had the same one! Talkpeng agreed to send another item of equal value and allowed me to keep the original item. When I contacted them they were very prompt in responding - very unusual these days! Best part is that the t shirts are good quality and look like they will hold up well!

I placed 2 orders and both shipped super fast. One order was a gift for my brother and he loved his T-shirt. When I contacted customer service after receiving my order to exchange one of the items which was too big - they not only answered promptly and said they would send a smaller size, but they offered to let me keep the shirt that was too big and give to a friend. Amazing customer service and will definitely look to make purchases here again. Other than the one shirt which was too big, all the other items were great. The t-shirts are good quality and very soft.

Ordered 2 birth-year t-shirts 28 days ago and was charged an additional $19 for postage and provided a clear Post Office Box address along with street number address for delivery to my PO Box. After follow up at my initiation, they claim the address is not clear for delivery. I would have thought the big building at the street address with AUSTRALIA POST written all over it was a clear indicator. Still no resolution, still no delivery, still no prompt follow-up & action.

The team did reach out to you proactively but unfortunately didn't receive a response, and was only able to communicate with you after you sent us an email to which we responded. Incredible customer service!! I ordered an XL size in their 1984 t shirt and it was just too big for my frame (British size 16, curvy and a 38F bra)… I requested a size large instead and they are sending this to me now, and said I could keep the XL as a gift for another friend. This is so kind and completely unexpected - I’ve never had that from another company ever!!

Great service. Really speedy delivery. Good quality T shirt. I mistakenly ordered a size too big for me. I emailed cust services to explain and requested an exchange. They said ‘keep the big one and we’ll send you the smaller one’. It arrived four days later and is perfect! Highly recommend Emilia and the team 😊
