First time I’d come across TalkPeng on Instagram in the new year whilst scrolling and immediately liked a TShirt. Arrived super quick but I’d ordered the wrong size. One quick email explaining if I could exchange within 48hrs a replacement size was in the post and the added extra touch on this occasion, I was able to keep the original. It’s gestures like this that really will maintain loyalty and I’ve experienced the total opposite from other small UK businesses this month that just want your business and don’t care about customer satisfaction or seeing you return. Absolutely loved the 1988 T-shirt ordered a L came super fast! However when it came it was too big, I had emailed and the response back was supper quick and helpful! Offered to send me another T-shirt soon as possible! Best customer service Iv experienced in a long time! The T-shirt it self is great quality! Love it 🥰 thank you would definitely recommend

Good quality material, thin and soft. I got the 1975 shirt for my boyfriend and he loved it, it was just too lose for him. I contacted the Customer Service and, on top of replying right away, they exchanged for the right size. Thank you for that.

Brilliant small firm. My order came within the expected delivery, my sweater was excellent quality, though it was a bit big, I emailed Customer Service and Emilia responded within the hour, she sorted out an exchanged for a smaller size and also told me to keep my original order (which I was amazed by and have gifted it forward to a friend) EXCELLENT service, delivery and quality.. so much so I have ordered a T shirt. Amazing company. I ordered a t shirt which unfortunately was a tad too small. I emailed customer service and received a reply from Emilia within 24 hours. I was given 3 options and in the end ordered an alternative AND kept the original. Super impressive and the quality of the goods was really great too. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a shirt from here for my birthday. It was too small and asked if I could exchange it for a bigger size. They had no issue with it whatsoever. In fact, they told me to keep the smaller size and gift it to a friend! They sent me a replacement for free! I can’t believe the customer service. Mind blown.
