So the t shirt design and fit was decent. But I felt I had been marketed by some algorithm and , yes I succumbed to their offer. Great a tee shirt with my date of birth etc. But the print is so flimsy and had begun to crack after 2 washes. I feel like it is a bit of a cheap deal. Sadly t shirts can be printed cheaply and will last these days. So I’ve no idea why they sell a sub standard product.

Did you wash the item according to the care instructions on our site? If the tee is in fact faulty, we offer free exchanges at no additional cost for you. The best customer service ever! Ordered a t-shirt and it was a little snug for my liking! I emailed asking for an exchange, Emilia responded and arranged a larger size and I didn’t need to post the original purchase back, she suggested I give it to a friend which is so nice and I have done just that! My new t-shirt arrived and it’s awesome fit now and great quality! Thank you - so happy
I had ordered the wrong size of a T-shirt. I emailed the company to ask them to send me a return shipping label so that I may exchange it for another size. They replied back within the following day and said they would just mail the correct size and I didn’t need to go through the hassle of returning the wrong size. Great experience!
I ordered a medium for my daughter-in-law and she wanted the shirt a little bigger. I emailed Talkpeng and inquired about an exchange to a large. They immediately replied, we will send you a large at no extra charge and please keep the medium and give to someone else that might like it. This is wonderful customer service and completely unexpected. I will definitely order from here again and recommend to others. Thank you Talkpeng!
Order and delivery process was simple.
T-shirt arrived and was too big, asked for the return and exchange policy and they sent me a new T-shirt with no return necessary!

Still no delivery. After contacting talkpeng they asked to wait a little longen but package didn’t arrive and delivery status didn’t change. Customer service shipped a complete new set that arrived after a few days. Satisfied about service and goods.

Despite the fact that my shirt arrived with a few faults, TalkPeng's service has been fantastic. I emailed them to alert them to the problem, sent some photos through and Emilia has organised for another tshirt to be sent out to me, without me having to go through the hassle of returning the faulty tshirt. Sometimes things can slip past quality control in any business, but the fact that TalkPeng have quickly remedied the situation certainly shows what a reputable business they are. Despite all this, the tshirt is a great design and exactly as shown on their website. Big thanks to Emilia for all her help!

This company are the best! I ordered a T-shirt and it came it great time but something had spilt in the couriers van and the T was spoilt = no hesitation from Talkpeng to send a replacement. They also emailed the whole way, reassuring me of what was happening - amazing customer service - so happy with the quality too.
