My emails were quickly responded to and always helpul. The product arrived on time and I was pleased with the quality. My one suggestion would be that they described the chest measurements of all the sizes to give potential customers an idea of the sizing. Otherwise I loved the design and the quality of the cotton seems good.

I am very surprised to see so many good reviews here but the majority of them are cases of people ordering the wrong size, to which the company has simply sent them another and not wanted the original back - weird. I wanted to send my t shirt back for a full refund but it’s proving impossible! I don’t feel the quality matches the price tag; it looks cheap compared to the image online. There is loose thread around the stitching on the neck. Customer service is shocking: No phone number and the email address takes ages to get a response. It’s been 10 days since I initially contacted them and they still haven’t told me where to send the item back to.

After ordering a t-shirt and it not being quite right for what I needed it for, I requested a refund and received the most prompt and friendly reply with options of how to return or purchase an alternative without having to return the original purchase. I recently bought a sweatshirt in the wrong size (too big) emailed to return only to receive a lovely email advising nothing was a problem - they’d send me the correct size and to keep the previous order! Free shipping! No paying $5 or more for a service that costs less than $1. What’s more, I inadvertently ordered the wrong size. They immediately offered to replace at no cost to me. That’s customer service! Love the styles and designs and font choices on their clothing. Highly recommend.

Didn't expect much from my £30 T Shirt purchase, especially when the garment came and it was too small - my fault, not theirs. Emailed in asking about how to return the smaller size, for the next size up, and they came back immediately saying they'd ship the larger T shirt, and to simply keep the smaller size! Very impressive all round. My wife is now the proud wearer of the small item...... just need to ensure we compare wardrobes before heading out in the same T Shirt when my larger size arrives!!!!

Excellent customer service! I ordered a large sweater and it was delivered very quickly. But when I tried on the sweater, I found that I needed an M size. I wrote to TalkPeng about a product exchange and Emilia replied immediatly. Instead of exchanging the large, they asked that I'd gift it to someone! Thank you!
