Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Unfortunately they use Aramex who have a horrible reputation here in Dunedin,NZ. So tracking only updated on one day of a 10 day transit.

T-shirt bought as a gift
Bought a t-shirt from TalkPeng; quick and easy checkout and delivery was on time as indicated. Product is good quality however I got the size incorrect. Emailed re. a replacement and got a prompt reply confirming another t-shirt would be dispatched shortly. Really great service and wouldn't hesitate to use TalkPeng again.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a medium sized T-shirt from TalkPeng. It arrived well on time and the quality was good. However it was slightly larger than I needed so emailed them for a free exchange to small. They responded within a few hours saying this was not a problem and will send a small out immediately. They also said to keep the medium and perhaps pass on to a friend. This is great customer service and a gesture that will mean I will order from them again. Good prices, quality merchandise and excellent customer service….. what’s not to like about that, especially in today’s world with some very dodgy online shopping vendors!

Lovely quality t-shirt
This little ad popped up on my Insta and had a stylish T-shirt with the year of my birth on the front in great colourways. I ordered one and it arrived on time but it was a little large. I contacted the team and they could not have been more helpful and a replacement is winging its way to me now. The quality of the t-shirt and the styling is lovely. I know it will become a fave!!!

Ordered a sweatshirt in size small as reviews seemed to suggest that they come up quite large. However on receipt, I realised that medium would have been a better bet. Was very happy with the quality of the sweatshirt and the print, so asked for an exchange. Got an immediate reply confirming that another sweatshirt would be sent out and was told to keep the original item and gift to a friend, which I will happily do. Great customer service. Thank you. Very happy.

Ordered 2 t shirts that arrived promptly. The sizing comes up quite large and we asked for an exchange on both - the company have sent us the new sizes and said we can keep the larger ones too- so very pleased.

I ordered a 1973 Going Dutch t-shirt from TalkPeng a few days ago, but the shirt was too small. I sent Emelia an email asking if there is a way to exchange the size and received a quick response saying that they would replace it and send me a new shirt in the right size. Great customer service
I ordered a 1975 Going Dutch t-shirt from TalkPeng a few days ago and it arrived quickly. Sadly the size that I had ordered was too large, so I dropped them an email to ask if it could be replaced for a smaller one. I received a quick response where they said it would be no problem to replace and furthermore there would be no need to return the original item. The t-shirt is great quality and I would definitely buy from these guys again. Thanks for the great customer service TalkPeng (Emelia) you put a smile on my face all day!

I ordered two shirts and one of them was not the right size. I emailed customer service and received a fast and friendly response. Not only it the shirt being replaced they are letting me keep the other for free. The shirts are great quality as well. I couldn’t be happier.

I got the 1960 T-shirt because it's the year of my birth, although I'm not sure why I want to walk around advertising that. The quality is really good - very pleased with the T-shirt and the customer service was very responsive when I had a question.
