I ordered a jersey/shirt. The front had a place for school name, they shipped a jersey/shirt that says "School Name" instead of RiverBluff. I cant even get a refund. I wish I could post a Pic here.

I’m so impressed with their customer service and support. The response to a mistake in the order was quickly and professional handled. A replacement was ordered and prepared for delivery within 24 hours. I also want to mention that the quality of the T-shirts are excellent. They’re made of a heavyweight cotton that does shrink so size accordingly.

I ordered the wrong shirt and almost immediately noticed that I did, so I contacted you all. Initally they told me it could be changed but then came back and say all they could do is give me a partial refund on a product I didnt want. Really, just want to send it back and get a full refund.
