Bought the pink mermaid skirt which is a beautiful in the hand as it is on the screen. Looks well made with stitching along the elasticated waistband which stops the band from twisting - i noticed this because i was looking at releasing the waistband a bit as it is tiny. It will stretch obviously but I can only imagine it being comfortable on someone who is a size 6 - 12 uk size. I really wish sellers would realise that one size does not fit all! It wouldn't take much to put a longer waistband in to vary sizing a little more. HOWEVER, the little girl in me adores it, and the grown up woman in me will pair it with chunky boots and a chunky knit for winter (and wear it on my less bloated days!).

Over all I am happy with the product and customer service. I placed my order in late June but never received an email receipt or confirmation of my order, but my credit card was charged. After a couple weeks of not receiving anything I emailed customer service and received a prompt response. They provided a tracking number. However a couple more weeks went by and my order was stuck somewhere in transit. I emailed customer service again and customer service was great. They resubmitted my order and I received it a couple weeks later. I’m hoping this is just a one off because I love their stuff and definitely would like to order other things.

I expected a better quality shirt, instead of a SHEIN type tee. The print was heat pressed and thick, the least desirable type to put on a cheap shirt. Was not impressed.

I have bought tshirts from this brand four times, and I still love them. I use them all the time during weekends, and have washed them many times. Some of the prints will be a little damaged after a while, but they still looks good. Bonus, they are very comfortable.
