One shirt was not what I ordered and another shirt design is messed up

I can not complain about the product but had I known it came from China, I would have ordered a larger size. When I tried to return it, they told me it it was so difficult to return and they did not want to put me through the difficulty. They would ship the item(s) I wanted to reorder and only charge me for shipping. Shipping was going to be more than what I paid before. They were good about answering until I pointed out they advertised free return shipping, and I would rather be out the shipping charges, than pay more. I wanted to return the product. I have heard nothing from them since I said that.
Maybe they are great as long as your items fit, but my experience did not end well when I wanted to return the product.
8/4: I responded to an email, giving my order #TGS644132, but I do not see that response included. Over the course of my wanting to return the shirts, you were very good about responding to me until I wanted to return them.
8/30-never replied. They sounded like they wanted to help fix the issue, but no response to date.

When I ordered the tshirt I customized it it the areas that were provided. When I received it was not correct. Only half of the customization was completed. I have a shirt that reads half "Flying Eagles" and half "Gators". My school is the Flying Eagles.

Love the sayings, and yes, I should have read better, but $4 for a 2 inch sticker is asinine. I was very disappointed when they came. I felt duped. Almost sent them back, but accepted my culpability, and had bought some as gifts, so I kept them. I don't recommend. I would go someplace else for the products.
