I placed an order with what should have been enough lead time based on the company’s published shipping window. Because I had a firm deadline, I emailed shortly after ordering to confirm that the item would arrive in time.
Several days later, the company finally responded and told me it was unlikely that my order would even ship within its stated timeframe. I explained again that I had a hard deadline and needed to know whether there were any options for getting it on time. Instead of trying to work with me, offering expedited shipping, or suggesting an alternative, they simply canceled and refunded the order. By then, several valuable days had passed, leaving me scrambling to find a replacement with a much shorter lead time.
That experience was frustrating enough. What made it worse was receiving a review request about six weeks later. The email asked me to select a star rating. When I clicked one star, it did not take me anywhere to leave a review. I discovered that I had to click the five-star rating in the email to access the company’s review page—and only then could I change the rating and submit the one-star review I actually intended to leave.
Customers should be able to review a company honestly regardless of the rating they choose. A review process that appears to provide access only after clicking five stars is misleading and seriously undermines my trust in the company and the reviews it promotes.

I was really impressed with several facets of ordering from Teachersgram.
First, I enjoyed the wide selection of products.
Ordering was easy.
Delivery was fast.
The T-shirts were high-quality cotton.
The shirts were the size I ordered.
I washed them in cold by hand, spun the rinse water out in my washer set on delicate, and hung them to dry.
Each time I wear one (of 3 I ordered) people compliment the bright color and the thoughtful wording.

I ordered a fun back to school shirt and didn’t realize my previous address was on the shipment.
I immediately reached out and received a quick prompt response from Wesley. I really appreciate him, digging into the shipment deeper, and realizing that the package was indeed delivered, just to my old address. Thankfully, they had a picture that they showed me to confirm it.
The customer service was so friendly. Wesley fixed the situation by kindly offering to send me a new shirt without charging me for it. I have ordered over 20 shirts from Teachersgram and I love them! I get compliments on them all the time. I hope some of the people I have told about this group have purchased their own. The shirts come within 2 weeks and I have never had a quality issue. I wear them out walking, shopping, and even to work in casual day! When they get old I wear them on the weekends for yardwork and gardening. I still have one that is over 5 yrs old and going strong. Print still vibrant just my own spills and stains show its age.

The size was way bigger than I usually wear for XL.
Also, I was not pleased with the graphic on any of the shirts. It was more of a plastic than a screen. The order was delivered on time. I am presently working on returning the items. However, they suggested just taking a percentage refund rather than paying shipping to send back. I did not realize when I placed my order that it was a company in China. Nothing wrong with that, except that wanting to return items is difficult.
