Ordered two T-Shirts, some cargopants and a bag. Not a single one of these items was delivered. Support/Customer-Service is either non-existant or they ignored everything i tried to get in touch or at least get my money (more than 200$) back. If you do not like being scammed you should avoid this shop.
Misleading advertising, extremely poor quality I ordered from Techwear Shop expecting a product similar to what was shown in the photos. What I received has absolutely nothing in common with the advertised item. The quality is extremely poor — so bad that I did not even remove the product from the shipping package. It was immediately obvious that the materials, design, and overall appearance do not match the pictures or description on the website in any way. It shouldn't cost more than $4, but it costs $39. This feels like misleading advertising. I have attached photos showing the product exactly as received. Honestly, this is the worst product I have ever received from an online store. I have contacted the seller and requested a full refund. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this website.

It's a scam do not order they do not ship you any product. It has been over a month and a half, zero updates.
Never got the item and after several promises - due to them moving locations was the reason for delay. Never got it , never got reimbursed. Even though i was told due to the wait they will reimburse me and still send me the scarf. And got none - since last year
Best Quality Products this shop, And Good Follow up Delivery. The Products is so cool. The Product Size is correct as ordered.
Pretty good service I felt safe despite people saying this is a scam site. I received product in perfect condition and within an acceptable amount of time from China to Canada.

Everything is pretty good. I ordered pants, I like them. But the tracking of the parcels is in a very bad state. I did not receive any notifications about my order for a long time. The link that they gave me to track the order did not make any sense. I had to write to technical support to find out where my parcel was. Support responded in 2 days.

I've already ordered three times here and have never been disappointed. If I want to order Techwear, I will order it here again. The only criticism is that they really have to rework their shipment tracking system.

The products I received are of great quality. One item was not delivered correctly, however after contacting customer service a replacement item was sent. Shipping times were a little long, but still within a couple weeks.

The product I ordered was the Steven cargos, for around 90 pounds, an I am quite pleased with the product, exactly what I had ordered. the only issue I had is the poor customer service that led me to believe I had been scammed. I wasn't aware the product came directly from china, and as a result became concerned when it was taking nearly a month to arrive. when I asked the customer service to give me an order confirmation number or more details, they gave me the wrong information, and addressed me as 'brother' which led me to believe the entire site was a hoax, and in fact, I was incredibly close to going to my bank to get my funds back until Royal Mail contacted me that my product had arrived in the country. I would recommend that the customer service be more literate in not using English slang terms, for a more professional outlook.

These were bought for my son,and he loves them! We ordered the first pair and they were too small so they do run small. We had to return them and exchange them for a larger size, and now they fit perfect. I will say the customer service is great. I was really surprised at the quick response that we received. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.!
