Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. Our Unlimited Data plan includes 50 GB of high-speed data, after which data speeds are reduced. This information is clearly displayed on our website and during the purchase process. Please also note that our service is designed for mobile use and is not intended to replace a home Wi-Fi connection. If you did not receive a low data usage notification, we'd be happy to look into that. Our support team is available 24/7 and will be glad to assist you.

Dear Shaikh, We're sorry to hear that our Unlimited plan didn't meet your expectations. Our Unlimited plan includes 50 GB of high-speed data, after which data remains available at reduced speeds. It also includes 10 GB of mobile hotspot, and these limits are outlined on our website before purchase. If additional hotspot data is needed, customers can purchase data add-ons, and that balance can be used for hotspot even after the included 10 GB hotspot allowance has been used. The Unlimited plan itself can be renewed once every 30 days, but add-ons are available in the meantime if extra high-speed data or hotspot usage is needed. We understand that these limitations may not suit everyone's needs, and we appreciate your feedback.
