I gave you this low rating because, on September 11, I was unable to complete my order and sent to the support, an email in French stating the following:
"On your website, I am unable to complete my order. After selecting the frame (ME276-C1), choosing single-vision distance lenses, entering my prescription details, selecting the 1.61 index lenses, and choosing the 40% yellow tint, when I click on 'Confirm', I receive the message: 'Please select a lens', and I am blocked at this step.
Please explain how to solve this issue.

Unfortunately, I did not receive any solution. I sent a copy of the same message again on September 24. As of today, I still have not received any reply from you.
This is not professional and does not reflect a serious level of customer service. When a customer reports a technical problem that prevents them from placing an order, they should at least receive an acknowledgment and assistance in resolving the issue.
That is why I felt justified in giving you a low rating.
I bought glasses and used them just for a month and they just broke and not possible to repair. They broke while I was using them. And my first review was 5 star because I really liked them but I think it’s too expensive to buy glasses for 50€ for a month! Very frustrating experience!
The glasses are beautiful especially the sun glasses, frames are lightweight and super stylish. Happy with my purchase. Happy to have discovered Tenda.
Surprised by the great quality for a budget priceI was a bit skeptical before ordering, but Tenda Glasses exceeded my expectations. I bought a black titanium frame with air-cushion nose pads. The glasses are super light, comfortable to wear, and don't cause any allergic reactions. The black IP coating looks great and clean. Excellent budget option if you want titanium frames without breaking the bank. Will buy again!
I’ve just had two pairs of glasses delivered, they were about 2 to 3 weeks overall from the date of order. I’m quite comfortable with this time period.
The glasses themselves are perfectly made, the prescription is spot on, the quality overall is very high. Particularly so when you consider that these two pairs cost me less than £50 which included one pair that darken in sunlight.
I like to change my glasses frequently and at these prices, I can certainly afford to do so. I can’t recommend Tenda, highly enough.
Overall I think they are great. They are generally responsive. But when I choose expedited shipping due to urgent requirement for my son they are quiet no response at all. In the end I received it faster than usual but not happy with the zero response to my emails. Also their virtual try on is not working. Gave feedback but it is still not working.
It took forever for the glasses to arrive. I bought the safety glasses with prescription but unfortunately the design has the frames so straight across the nose that it’s both uncomfortable and useless at preventing things from flying in your eyes when working.
I didn’t send them back because I didn’t have the time before the deadline. I will just and up throwing them out.
Registered a complaint but was only met with multiple questions and asked for multiple requests to submit further proof of my complaint and this after I had already placed 6 orders! Never again.
I never received my order. They told me it was delivered however I never received anything and they stopped communicating with me or offered me any compensation.
It took customer service a long time to help fix the problem with my initial order. Finally I agreed to a discount on a new pair of glasses, which are very good
